RE: A Matter of Choice

Wow! That was my reaction after reading your story. Wow once more and in a good way. You story is like one of those books that you start and suddenly can't put down because it is just so good, so full of intrigue and love and sacrifice which are my favorite themes in fiction.

While reading your story, I realized that health services really do cost an arm and a leg—or should I say eye—in this case? It's so damn expensive and one just has to really take good care of one's self, so as not to spend backbreaking money on drugs. It's terrifying what the world is gradually becoming.

I really did love your story. Really did. Thank you for this.

How did I miss this lovely comment, @terjix! I don't know. I was just going over my "replies" feed and saw several I missed.

I really enjoyed writing this. I think those are the stories the reach readers best, the ones that just flow out of us without strain (although there was a lot of editin).

You're right about taking care of ourselves, but sometimes people just have bad luck. It's not a compassionate world is it?

I've left a small tip in lieu of a vote. Thank you very much for that meaningful feedback.

I truly enjoyed your writing.
And editing is sometimes the torturous process of writing. If there was a way one could just bypass that. The world is really brutal and only a select few actually have it better than the rest. Thank you for your tip. It is greatly appreciated.✨
