Graduated shadows and blue flowers for smash
Hello Hello Hivians
Beautiful sunshine and blue skies make for some gorgeous pictures. Not only that but when I am out walking I have my phone in hand and invariably ended up thinking of people on Hive and taking pictures.
Today's set of pictures are no exception as two people came into my mind.
The full picture
Behind me is the way to the beach that we were walking on. To my left is our local Morrison's supermarket.
I think these shadows will become graduated shadows!
Of course I was thinking about @melinda010100 and the shadow hunters community as I set off on the trail of the perfect shadow picture.
This one I think is too long....
Oh I like this one, not only do we have the shadows from the railing of the trolley slope to the supermarket but we have shadows from bushes further up the path.
This one is a little shorter on the length of the panel on the first shadow.
Bye bye green bush, this is more concrete jungle.
Very similar to the shot before but even more of the right hand side wall has gone.
As I was walking along the shadow I noticed the very end was a bit different, can you guess why?
The ending combined another panel at right angles giving a triangular shaped shadow.
How funky is that, 90 degrees turns into 45 degrees!
This last one has really given me some food for thought!
But now, decisions, decisions, decisions!
Yes it's that time for me to choose my entry picture!
So here 👇👇👇 is my entry for Show Me A Shadow - Round 371
That was another tough choice.
I could have chosen a couple of them, but in the end this one shows everything and has the bonus that I will talk about in a wee jiffy!
I never know which picture to choose as the entry, and I do try to make a story with my posts rather than just a post and a run kind of thing!!
What do you think? Did I pick the suitable one, or would you have chosen another one?
Blue bonus
@thebighigg and I have been talking about blue flowers and how blue is not really a natural flower colour.
I have not edited any of these pictures so as tp try and keep the original colours.
I have been past this bush umpteen times and can never really make up my mind if it is blue or an indigo colour.
But there you go @thebighigg that is as close to a blue colour I have seen.
This is my contribution to Shadow Hunters SMASh Contest - Round 373 from the marvellously magical @melinda010100 and the simply superb Shadow Hunters community.
Thanks for visiting and enjoy the rest of your day!

You're welcome and a great new week to you too! :)
Looks like it was a beautiful day there! Perfect for finding shadows everywhere!
We have been really lucky with the weather all this month! Touch wood it stays.
Lovely shadows Tito Ed. all the best on the contest. :)
It seems like you had fun capturing the stairs and the railing shadow and oh I so love the blue/indigo flowers, they're naturally beautiful.
I would've picked the same photo, all the great elements are there. Nice shot!
Now it got me wondering too if that flower is blue or indigo 😅 but I love its blue shade.
