Vibes Web3 Music Competition Week 33 || De Una Vez by Selena Gomez (Cover by Ten)

It's week 33 and the week's theme had me really excited..I discovered some beautiful songs in languages I didn't understand, from Hindi to Japanese to French to Spanish which ended up being my choice.💜

When I found this song, I instantly loved it after my first listen (Of course I did..I love Selena🤭).
I know a couple spanish words from watching spanish series and learning on duolingo (I've now dropped out from that and deactivated the app..that little bird increases my anxiety levels and I'm always more into the competition side..maybe you can relate if you've ever tried it😅)
Anyway..it's one thing to know a couple words but it was different having to have some semblance of fluency to make the song worthwhile.
I'd had troubles learning the fast-paced parts but I got it soon enough thankfully. (Well, I think I did😁)

I added the last bit myself (nunca nunca, cariño nunca más) because I'd liked the way it fit in after I'd randomly sang the words one time when I was practising the song.🌹

I didn't check for the translation of this song till a while after I'd chosen it and my my..it was crazy to me how well I could relate to the words.
It's a song that explores heartache, forgiveness and healing.
It expresses the artist's newfound strength, sense of self and readiness for the new chapter that's free from the past.🍃
I think it's a truly beautiful song and I love that it's not just a sad song, it's one you can actually dance to and feel your feelings simultaneously.🥰
