Hola Vibes fam!☺
I'm not especially chatty right now so I'll just give a quick backstory of the process behind my entry this week.🙃

This vibes week was a particularly busy one for me, so it was hard finding time to do a song.
When I did find time, my voice wouldn't agree with my song choices or my mind would be overly critical of how the results sounded (I'm sure you can relate if you're a singer).🥂
The funny thing is how I ended up doing the randomest song. I love Billie Eilish but I don't listen to her much (@babymoyin is probably going to be a tad bit disappointed by that😅).
The piano instrumental popped up on my YouTube feed and it was easy and lovely to sing along to..even though I'd never really listened to it or scored it before.
It also felt like a release for the things I was feeling at the time..and so here we are.🙃

Everything I wanted by Billie Eilish is a song about her experience with depression. She had a dream where she committed suicide, hence, the "I had a dream..I got everything I wanted".
She also talks about how she found her relationship with her brother (who she confided in about the dream) in lines like, "when I wake up, I see you with me" and "as long as I'm here, no one can hurt you"
It's a really beautiful song with a haunting backstory and however random, I'm glad I did it.💜
I said I wasn't chatty but I think I typed a lot already😅
