The Strongest Florist --- left me wanting more!!!

During the past days, I've been watching some anime when I get the chance, but as usual... I've been spending more time reading manga, manhwa, or Webtoons. I finished a couple of stories recently, one BL and the other a fantasy-action one. This time, I'm going to share about the latter.

The Webtoon I'm going to talk about in this post is called The Strongest Florist.

You can read only 7 free chapters on the Website, but it's already completed with 239 chapters on the Webtoon app, so you can read it there.

Now, what is this Webtoon about?

It's basically in the title! haha It's about the strongest florist named Jaeho or Althea. Let me introduce you to him further, after introducing the world or worlds they live in. ^^

The world of gaming has reached its new heights once again! The game "New World" was recently launched, and players can play it while lying inside a capsule. It's an RPG game, but the possibilities are limitless. You can be anyone or anything you want to be.

The main character, Jaeho, wants to realize the dream he couldn't accomplish in real life, which is to open a flower shop. He adores flowers so much, but because of his appearance, nobody takes him seriously. People are intimidated by his looks, so imagining a huge guy like himself busying himself with flowers is unlikely.

Another reason he can't do so is his dad. His father wants him to train to become an MMA fighter instead and gets angry at him every time he hears the word "flower" come out of his mouth.

With his friend's help, Jaeho had the opportunity to try to realize his dream of becoming a florist and owning a flower shop in the game New World. Will he achieve his goal? Read to find out! :)

This Webtoon is effin' hilarious and truly entertaining to read. I really enjoyed it, and although the ending seemed a bit rushed, it was still quite satisfying. But never mind the ending, the journey of reading this is just worth it!

I love the setting of the game. It's a fantasy world where various creatures like elves, dwarves, demons, angels, monsters, and so on live alongside human NPCs with whom you can communicate just like you do in real life. The players of the game are called immmortalians due to the fact that they get resurrected every time they die. (Though they may lose several levels for it.)

Jaeho's name in the game is Althea... he's an immortalian, but he's often mistaken for either a monster or a demon. haha He has such a kind heart, though.

The story is so fun and the florist character is quite unique... more so because his physical appearance and power are so warrior-like. He dislikes fighting, but he's forced to do numerous quests. And each quest is so enjoyable and amusing to witness! I just hope it didn't end!

When I read the final few chapters, I was craving more. I didn't want it to end because I wanted to continue witnessing his growth and adventures.

There were also a bunch of fun side characters, whether they were immortalians or NPCs. I also love how the NPCs have their own back stories, and how their actions affect the new world. And oh, I love Jaeho's parents!!! In the latter part of season two, both his parents also joined the new world, and they're just so adorably fun and cool!

The art style was sort of average to my liking, but the background, especially the flowers and other mystical places, was beautifully drawn.

It's like SAO, but the players can log out easily... and they don't need to go through the boss at every level to move on. hahaha

I'll surely miss Althea/Jaeho and the gang... but in the future, I'll reread this Webtoon for sure! :) So if you're looking for something fun and amusing to read, give this one a shot! I recommend it, especially when you're into fantasy, action, comedy... and gaming! ^^
