Seven Days (a BL Manhwa)
More than a week ago, I read another completed BL manhwa along with other Webtoons. This BL Manhwa that I'm going to introduce is quite short, with just 22 chapters, so it's easy to read.
The manhwa I'm talking about is called "Seven Sundays". It's available on various platforms, including Tapas. Let's talk about it.

The story is about a firefighter named Taeyang and a producer named Jiwan.
NOTE: The rest of the photos would be screenshots from the manhwa on Tapas.

Taeyang became a hero after rescuing a child trapped in a burning building. Because of this, a huge entertainment company wanted to make a documentary about the firefighting hero.
He was hesitant at first because, in his mind, what he did was a natural thing to do in his line of work. However, when their leader told him that the company is NBC, he immediately changed his mind.
Well, it's not because it's a huge company, but because he has someone he wants to meet again.

Lucky for him, the very person he's been wanting to meet again turned out to be the producer of the documentary they're filming. Han Jiwan was the man who ghosted Taeyang 8 years ago. He has been avoiding Taeyang all these years, and because of this documentary, the two ex-lovers have finally reunited.

To make things even more complicated, Jiwan now has a 7-year-old son named Taeyang. When Taeyang found out, he asked Jiwan for seven dates as a "payment" for using his name... well, that was the plan, but he's also going to do his best to win his reluctant ex over with the help of the kid who shares his name.
Will they succeed? Read to find out! :)

Despite this being in the "mature" category for BL manhwas, the story is actually pretty cute. I believe the adorable kid's presence made it even better. For some reason, I especially love BL comics when the partners or even one of them has a kid. (This isn't omegaverse, though.)
The characters are both interesting and relatable. Taeyang is someone who couldn't move on from the past because there was no proper closure since the other person just disappeared on him. Jiwan, on the other hand, is someone who's always scared. He tends to worry too much about the future, and he's especially scared of being hurt, so he chose to move away before the relationship dove even deeper.
The story was straightforward, yet believable. It occurs in real life, whether or not it involves homosexual couples. Life and relationships can be so complicated... or it's not that complicated, but the people involved are. hahaha
The art style of this manhwa is also really clean and beautiful. When I read this manhwa, I thought the art style was so familiar. And when I looked it up, I found I'd already read another manhwa by the same author. It's called The Dirtiest High, and it was also an amusing manhwa. It has a more serious undertone than this one, though... and it's also several chapters longer.
Anyway, both stories were good. They're both under the "mature" category, so it's R-18. (Though I have some middle school and high school Korean students who are so into these types of stories. haha) Oh well, welcome to the dark side! LOL
I won't recommend this to just anyone, but to all my fujoshi and fudanshi friends out there, feel free to check it out if you haven't already!
I'll end this post here for now. See you around! (^^,)/

Oh! I think this one was highly recommended to me, haha. I confess it's been a while since I've read any manga, and as for manhwa, I started with "BJ Alex" and "Couple of Mirrors," but I only read a little bit, haha. Now, I did read "Killing/Stalking" all the way through; it always left me in suspense, even though it's not one of my favorite genres, haha. It's like with books; I went from having a reading phase to focusing on other things 😅. But anyway, I hope to find some time to read this one someday 😌. Thanks for the recommendation! 💚
Oh gosh, thanks for sharing this. I'm actually searching for a short manhwa na mabilis mabasa tas completed na hahaha. I just finished reading Deepest Confession, sunod ko na agad to. I super love the art style. The story looks okay too so thanksssss. Uwu
