Homemade pizza, with simple ingredients and no oven.🍕🍕
Hola amigos de esta gran comunidad, el dĂa de hoy estoy sĂşper feliz de estar nuevamente por aquĂ, y en esta oportunidad les traigo otra receta, que la verdad no es una receta como tal, solo les mostrarĂ© como hice una pizza sin necesidad de tener tantas cosas y tampoco horno, realmente quisiera haber tenido demasiadas cosas para colocarle ya que siento que le faltĂł muchĂsimo pero lo importante es que tenĂa ese antojo y me di mi gusto jaja.
Sin más preámbulo comencemos con el paso a paso.
Hello friends of this great community, today I am super happy to be here again, and this time I bring you another recipe, which the truth is not a recipe as such, I will only show you how I made a pizza without having to have so many things and not even an oven, I really wish I had had too many things to put in it since I feel like it was missing a lot but the important thing is that I had that craving and I indulged in it haha.
Without further ado let’s start with the step by step.
Para los ingredientes utilicé Harina de Trigo, 1 huevo, agua, sal, tomate, cebolla, ajo y queso. Aparte utilicé mantequilla para poder engrasar pero ya eso se los explico más adelante.
For the ingredients I used Wheat Flour, 1 egg, water, salt, tomato, onion, garlic and cheese. I also used butter to be able to grease but I will explain that later.
Lo primero que hice fue la masa, de la forma más normal, agreguĂ© harina de trigo, sal, un huevo y una pizca de azĂşcar, poco a poco iba agregando agua y ya despuĂ©s comencĂ© a amasar hasta que estuviera en su punto. Para despuĂ©s dejarla reposar mientras hacĂa la salsa.
The first thing I made was the dough, in the most normal way, I added wheat flour, salt, an egg and a pinch of sugar, little by little I added water and then I started kneading until it was just right. Then let it rest while making the sauce.
La verdad es que les cuento que no tengo licuadora asà que una salsa como tal no fue, yo lo que hice fue picar en trozos muy pequeños el tomate y rallé ajo, los puse a cocinar un poco, mientras picaba la cebolla igualmente en trozos pequeños, agregué la cebolla y le eché agua, no mucha, tapé y dejé que eso se ablandara, después con triturador presioné para que los trozos de tomate fuesen mucho más pequeños, coloqué sal y esperé que secara un poco.
The truth is that I tell you that I don’t have a blender so it wasn’t a sauce as such, what I did was chop the tomato into very small pieces and grated the garlic, I put them to cook a little, while I also chopped the onion into small pieces , I added the onion and added water, not much, covered and let it soften, then with a masher I pressed so that the tomato pieces were much smaller, I added salt and waited for it to dry a little.
Mientras eso se cocinaba procedi a estirar mi masa, y agarrĂ© un sartĂ©n grande, le coloquĂ© mantequilla y harina para evitar que la masa al cocinarse se pegara. ColoquĂ© la masa, le cerrĂ© un poco los bordes, y comencĂ© haciendo una primera capa de queso, despuĂ©s coloquĂ© la “salsa”, le puse cebolla asĂ picada y despuĂ©s queso. CĂłmo no tenĂa nada más pues la hice full queso. Ustedes si tienes jamĂłn, tocineta, maĂz, etc etc etc, le pueden colocar y sabrá deliciosa.
La dejĂ© cocinando aproximadamente 30min en llama muy baja y tapĂ© el sartĂ©n. Una vez listo procedi a comer. Realmente me gustĂł muchĂsimo, asĂ que aunque no tengamos mucho no se limiten a comer sabroso jaja, espero les haya gustado, nos vemos en el prĂłximo post.
While that was cooking I proceeded to stretch my dough, and I grabbed a large frying pan, I put butter and flour in it to prevent the dough from sticking as it cooked. I placed the dough, closed the edges a little, and started making a first layer of cheese, then I placed the “sauce”, I added chopped onion and then cheese. Since I didn’t have anything else, I made it full cheese. If you have ham, bacon, corn, etc etc etc, you can add it and it will taste delicious.
I left it cooking for approximately 30 minutes on a very low flame and covered the pan. Once ready I proceeded to eat. I really liked it a lot, so even if we don’t have much, don’t limit yourself to eating tasty haha, I hope you liked it, see you in the next post.
