Zingtober- Day 8-“Reckless”

Holo Friends. For today’s prompt “Reckless”, I created this drawing of Zabbit hopping on a rope in a carefree manner which is highly reckless but fun too. I used this character from Holozing because I get a feeling of reckless from its nature and its electric ability.

I started making the drawing by firstly drawing an outline of what I envisage for the final outcome. The posture was a bit tricky to draw to about 2 trials, I was able to get something more appealing. After cretaing the outline, and some electric zaps around Zabbit, I then began shading and adding furs to the body which was aquite an interesting and challenging phase before then proceeded to shading the rope. The drawing looked abit dry to call it a final piece at that stage and so to make it interesting, I drew some buildings around and added some birds to the sky. This drawing was created using the hatching technique mostly. I hope you enjoy viewing the art just as I enjoyed the process. The steps involved are below.
