Well Hello There Fellow Gamers And Hivers!

I've finally done it! I started with a new game, well partly new it has been gathering dust on my game shelf in Steam for quite a few months now and today I decided to have a go at it! Actually somewhere during the week I felt the need to play it so I hopped on and started the download!

Honestly it's much better than I thought it would be! So much better! With that said it does give me more of a Tomb Raider feeling with all the jumping and climbing but that is something I can get use to! Something that I am very fond of is the lightsaber plays along with the moves you pull on finishers, oh and let's not forget about the force!

I am particularly fond of this game because a great many years back when I was still in Primary school my father got a Star Wars game from one of his buddies, back when pirating was in it's prime! Well I played it and somewhere along the line the computer broke and I've never been able to find that specific game! But it was amazing! Ever since then all the Star Wars games I tried didn't live up to expectation! Until the last few they released over the years!

A Pleasing Sight!

I have to say this game really got my attention straight off the bat jumping in! Visually pleasing graphics and some Nordic/Viking music from the get go! That really seems to amp one up for this!

Now I won't lie about this! I am a die hard Star Wars fan but I have no idea how the different stories intertwine with each other so I won't even pretend! What I do know is that even though they are the bad guys I absolutely love The Empire! They have discipline and structure! I fancy that!

We wont be playing as The Empire so don't get to the edge of your seats yet! But I am planning on getting most of the latest Star Wars games!

For this episode and likely a few after this one, I might not have commentary on the video since I am playing this on the DESKTOP and I recently formatted so the sound needs to be set up properly, I might need a new headset for that, but let us see how things go forward!

Let's jump right in!

Cal Kestis.

Cal Kestis is a scrapyard worker, working under the dominion of The Empire. He cuts up old war ships so that The Empire can use those to rebuild there New Order.

He is living a simple life gaining the average pay of those who work on the scraps. What he doesn't know is that this would be his last day working on the scraps and also under The Empire.

It's a day he knew was coming yet he could not believe it still.

Right after jumping into the game you are task with an immense task that you have to carry out. (No doubt this is so that the player can get use to the controls of-course!)

Cal and his co-worker was instructed to manually release the clamps on the upper decks, they had to make the climb by hand and foot since there was no other way to achieve this. After Cal insisted that it's a very dangerous climb the overseer simply said they would get double pay for the day.

Cal's co-worker Bruv or something of the sorts did the rest of the work!

There I was making my way across the battle bruised battle ships of The Empire! All for the chase of riches and glory!

Cal Kestis had no idea that the climb to release the clamps would forever change his life! Not so much the climb to the clamps as it is the events that unfolded after that!

Destiny is something already carved out for a man and nothing, absolutely nothing can alter that!

Up on the deck of the battle bruised Empire ship Cal and Bruv found an old shot down Jedi fighter, that was a scrappers dream to come across one of those! I wonder why though!

While they were up there busy discussing the downed Jedi fighter, the cables that held up the ship gave in and the entire structure collapsed. This is no doubt because of the clamps not releasing and having tension on them for so long!

The Use Of The Force.

After sliding down the broken and falling ship Cal luckily got entwined into some cabling dangling off the edge and now he was dangling from the edge, the edge of life and death!

Although saying this was luck is so far fetched, this was destiny and destiny wasn't done with Cal just yet! As he was dangling from the edge his friend Bruv was busy slipping from that very edge and when he eventually fell Cal had no choice but to use the force!

It wasn't in the nature of a Jedi to just let someone die because you were trying to hide your powers.

Nothing Will Come Of It!

After their close encounter with death everything seemed to be okay and it was... Until they got on the train back to their living quarters.

Cal fell asleep on this train and the dreams he had was real bizarre! And I mean real bizarre! At first he woke up on the train and he saw Bruv walking through the train, jumping from one cart to the next. Cal tried to catch up with him but he just couldn't and before he knew it he was inside an Imperial Light Cruiser!

On this Imperial ship he ran into a Jedi master warning him of something, something he knows nothing about!

No doubt a dream of a Jedi!

The Impending Dangers!

Cal was awoken from his lucidly vivid dream by the braking and stopping of the train. By the time he was fully aware of what happened Storm Troopers rushed into the train demanding everyone to disembark and have their identification tags ready.

The problem they had here was that this wasn't a job they sent in for some Storm Troopers to finish up, no this was worth far more! Especially when they send in the Imperial Inquisition!

Cal only briefly and lightly used The Force and they were able to smell him out thousands of miles away!

Much like a small flame in a world of darkness, it'll be seen from every corner of the galaxy!

If anything I think Cal made a mistake by doing this.

I mean did Bruv really give up his life for nothing? Nothing at all and especially after he did it to save Cal!

None the less it was something that needed to happen! If not he would not have gone down the path he needed to in order to become who he needed to be!

This marks the start of a new war!

For Honour And For Dignity!

Of-course what Cal did I stand with a 100%, if anybody murdered one of my friends right infront of me I would likely go bat shit crazy as well! To say the least!

Now there is one thing I absolutely admire of this game and it would be the fighting mechanism! It's so epic! The way you can dance around the enemies and have those cool finishing moves! Absolutely epic shit!

Cal now had to battle his way to the front of the train, it all seemed to be lost. One against an Empire! It felt impossible to come out alive on the other side!

When All Hope Is Shattered!

That's when you need to get up and fight on! That when you should fight the hardest to catch the last un-shattered bit of hope that may remain!

For it is in those dark times, the darkest of dark times where you feel there is nothing left and never will be, for it is then when your true friends will show!

The truest of those who seem true!
