Days Gone: Trying To Find Lisa!
Well Hello There Fellow Gamers And Hivers!
In the last episode of Days Gone Deacon received a radio call from Dr O'Brian the NERO scientist he was able to sneak up on. Life has a way of throwing you with curve balls and this curve ball really hit Deacon hard. What would the odds be of Dr O'Brian still being alive and then what would the odds be of Sarah still being alive? It certainly gives room for some hope!
Although this might sound like some positive thing happening it's really not. The reason Dr O'Brian contacted Deacon was for him to run some errands on behalf of this Dr O'Brian and what Deacon found out is even more worrying than he might think it to be! If he even had any idea what he found out.
The Freakers seems to be mutating in some way and they are mutating into stronger versions of them selves. Thicker skin and over all more aggressive, this is happening slowly and over time hence the reason why no one is actually realizing this!
Well needless to say that yesterdays episode really hit the spot for me to be wanting to create another one this week! The story is really unraveling fast now and I just can't wait to get more of this content!
I Should Help Or Not?
I found myself out in the middle of the night on a dirt road on my way to Lisa's last known location. Damned I can't believe Iron Mike just left her there to die!
I have no idea what i will find there if even anything! But I just could not let this go, I had to find her whether it being dead or alive I just had to find Lisa! I had to put my soul to ease and bury her or take her back to safety!
I felt this responsibility towards her since I was the one who dragged her from the house where she has been surviving on her own for the last two years!
A bunch of drifters came marching down the road straight at me. Although I highly doubt that anyone of them even saw me. They were about to be attacked since they made a lot of noise and there was high activity of Freakers in the area.
I'm telling you these Freakers wake up at night!
I waited it out to see what would happen.
I mean I didn't really want to kill them but when it came down to that I wasn't going to die willingly at all!
I let it all play out and they were dying one by one slowly! They never stuck together, one of the woman ran away straight towards me. I could have killed her before she even knew of me but I didn't want to.
That was until she raised her weapon and pulled the trigger.
I had no choice. If I die Lisa dies for sure!
Head On Into Death We Charge!
So I'm always one of those guys that can't decide between going in guns blazing or rather taking the silent approach to things!
This was one of those moments where the silent approached work but the silent engaging wont work all that well! Let's say this would be the first horde that I engaged with in a matter of planning.
I really wanted to see how big a chunk of them can I wipe out with a single pipe bomb! Out of panic I threw a grenade as well.
Before I Could Find Myself I Drove Of A Cliff!
I threw the pipe bomb and in my mind I only saw them raging after the bomb exploded but this was not the case, as soon as the pipe bomb landed between them they were awaken!
They ran straight for me and I was left with no choice but to jump on the motorcycle and just floor it, I found myself falling of the edge of a cliff but that felt like a rescue of some sorts.
As I drove off I noticed that I took quite a big chunk of them down, if I had three of these pipe bombs I'd have wiped most of them for sure!
The Horde Did Not Make It Easy At All.
The horde was roaming in the exact place that I wanted to get into! I managed to shake most off in the wilderness around the town but engaging in any sort of fire fight within the town would just lure them back. Which is exactly what happened!
I ran as fast as I could into the town, I had no choice really. With a horde behind you one tends just to run as fast as one can not really paying any head to where you're running!
I managed to jump into a dumpster before I got overwhelmed. I had to repeat this process once or twice because as I jumped out of the dumpster and tried making my way through burning the nests I quickly realized that the nest burning would have to wait for some other day!
I managed to make it to the house where they last saw Lisa but looking at how overwhelmed this town is with Freakers I don't have that much hope of her being able to survive this long out here on her own!
The problem was that I had to crawl my way inside, that means I would have to crawl out of this house again!
A Note In Lisa's Handwriting!
Inside this house they left Lisa in I found a note that looks almost like her hand writing, no I'm certain it is hers! For a fact!
It was a short and simple message.
I want to forget.
That was all she wrote, I also didn't find any other clues that might help me find her.
This wasn't all that happened while I was searching the house, a bunch of drifters came rolling in with their motorcycles. I bet they had no idea what was lurking in the town. They had it at first, the gun shots were in fire but it slowly died down until the last survivor got torn apart.
Checking Up On Boozer!
Now this might have been something that Deacon didn't expect at all and that was that Boozer isn't doing as good as Deacon might have thought he would after getting the medical supplies that Boozer needed.
These things never go as planned.
Deacon marched in there with the highest of spirits just to be beaten down back to earth with the news that it's not going as good as he thought it would!
At this point Deacon got really worked up!
Fortunately Addy saw that the man wants nothing more than to hit or destroy something at that moment, she did however managed to calm him down.
After all nothing he did would better the situation in any way. Addy asked Deacon to leave while Boozer was busy calling out to him.
That must have been a harder knock than anything else!
Skizzo The Man With The Plan!
Before I was able to make my way out of camp to get out there and find some supplies for Boozer. Skizzo ran into me and he had something to discuss with me.
This might just save Boozer's life, if it was a tale to be believed.
Skizzo spoke with a Drifter the other day and when all this shit went down he was a operator at a airfield radio tower and there was a plane inbound that carried a whole bunch of medical supplies that just simply vanished. If this was to be believed the plane might still be there with all of the medical supplies it carried.
The problem was that this plane crash landed in what is now Ripper territory. Getting caught might fuel a war.

Great!!! Days Gone is a great game, Even when it got hard words from the critics, but I played it almost one year ago, and I think that is one of my favorites, maybe it's a little slow about story and the characters sometimes got personalityless and geaphics sometimes fail a little bit, but the oportunity that this game gives of emotions about hordes, the real feeling of riding Oregon in a bike with good riding phisics and incredible and realistics landscapes, the need of saving resources and too many emotions beside almost unscriptibles. I play sometimes even when I finished it's main story, but just riding and killing hordes are good sensations.... Thanks for remembering to me this amazing game.
I heard there was a boat load of bugs back when it was released... No I haven't particularly noticed any thing that made my game unplayable. Even though it did the story line is far more satisfying than I ever thought it would be...
That alone makes up for the bugs I am yet to experience and the overall terrain quality is insane.... I am more than happy with the game!
Can't wait for number two to be released though 😂
Yes it has some bugs😅 but it doesnt make the game unnatractive, sadly it had a crush down by people that never gave it a chance, people that only compared it with the last of us being a completely different thing, I think it' ll be a miracle if it gets a secuel, by my side Id like to play a secuel but yet I pick up my wireless and take a ride into an apocaliptic Oregon killing some Freaks. Thanks!!
I saw this on sale the other day on Steam and was so tempted to buy it again! Glad to see you're still continuing your journey!
Hahaha it might have been when I bought it because I got lucky and bought it on sale... Paid next to nothing for it 😂.
It's a damned good game and I am craving to keep playing but I dont want to spam too much of it
Oh man, I wish you'd find Lisa after all that work. You hunted hundreds of creatures. And you didn't even find any clues. I hope you can find something in the next episode.
Me too broh, I hope she's still alive though.... But the story us really turning into a "keeping me on edge"
