Beauty In The Chaos.

The End Of An Adventure, For Some.

Okay so before I really jump into this post I have to say that this might not be the most pinmappley post I've ever written, if it is indeed even worthy of one. But. Since it marks the end of a journey for folks we've been sharing the holidays with I felt to post it here!
Given it's not going to be much about them at all, just more of the usual!

A Journey On First Beach

Now in truth we didn't venture too deep into the journey, we could have... we really could have but we wanted to enjoy it to the fullest!
The reason we turned back and it might be a silly one! It was high tide! Our inlanders never think to keep track of the tide when we come to the seaside! We do now though! It's more than handy!

Besides coming back I think I know what to expect when just eyeing the terrain!

Some More Caves!
Now I'm not exactly sure if there will in fact be more caves persay but they must have washed open since last years clog up of sand in them!
Take note there were some heavy storms here in September! HEAVY STORMS!
I will be writing a seperate post just on that! I have to get some old photos to compare them to and then I can really show the extend of the damage!

Even though we didn't fair through the entire thing we did manage to get some very cool photos!
Mind you we are going back today! No stress!

This particular photo was taken in wideview! A setting I'm rarely fond of because of how it curves the terrain on the edges!
Although with that said I think this one came out pretty dang nice!

One thing that I hoped for was to have at-least a few more sunny days! The bright deep blue of the ocean just pops out more! Now it just looks like water with salt in it!

A Farewell Toast!

Now this isn't something we usually do and I think we really should, just the idea of it is heart warming isn't it?

No I'm not referring to the alcohol at all! Laughs!
A bit of Jerepigo before bed?
A toast for a safe journey heading homewards!

Me and The Betty still have two days left here, not entirely sure what we will do on the morrow. We have exhausted mostly everything but I'm sure we will find some way to make good use of the time! We still have to clean up nicely here though and that is something huge to consider as well!

As for today we will be heading out to MosselBay Point and head down the St. Blaize Trail! See what beauties we can capture!
