Wings Court art

Good Morning, and have a great weekend

Wings court is a small area here in New Bedford inthe City Center, its a cool area as they allow artists to put up murals on various spots around the area and there often changing.

I used to swing by there every time I would do a morning walk around the historic District to check if there was any new art on display, but this last year, the gates to the area have been locked inthe early morning when I walk there, so I haven't been able to visit and check it out at that time.
I am guessing its because some have bene vandalizing the area, or spraying paint in graffiti style or tagging and messing up the area, such a shame why people feel the need to do that and spoil it for others.

That all said on times I am downtown for some other reason during the day, then I will always try and allow the time to go and chekc it out, and these are some shots from visits last year.

I do love seeign street art especially when well done with style and a fun feel to it, Tagging I am not a big fan of myself.

Of course any Star Wars fan will recognize this first one R2D2 surrounded by greenery and mushrooms

I do love classic cars so find this one pretty cool a nice touch with the skeletons kissing, the matching number plate and a cool frog to round it off
