Good Morning, with the weather improving for the most part I have bene able to get out for some early morning walks, my favorite time to be out walking, its so peaceful and quiet, or maybe its just I am antisocial and like being out when hardly anyone else is else and about.
Today I will share some shots from a walk I did in Fort Taber Park here in New Bedford.
As I always am I was awake early sand headed out gettign tot he park well before sunrise, even before the blue hour started, so first off I walked by Fort Rodman and tried some light painting

As it got closer to sunrise I walked aroudn the park and then onto the beach I do love gettigngshots of a nice sunrise looking over the pier

Was just warm enough for me to take my shoes off for a bit and walk barefoot on the sand, but not for too long to be honest as it wasnt as warm as I thought and my feet started getting cold

For me with the rocks and the pier its a spot i love early morning walks and taking photos

and before the colors faded awya completely i walked to another spot for another sunrise shot

Wednesday Walk is a challenge started by me, the idea is to get out for a short walk and get some shots of what you can see within a short distance of your home office or wherever you start. And this is my entry for this week, but first, let me explain the challenge.
This is my post for the Wednesday Walk challenge hosted by myself, let me first explain the guidelines
Try and get out once a week for a short walk, can be from your office, home or anywhere really and walk for a few blocks or a few minutes looking for things to get shots of.
Your walk does not have to be on a Wednesday I just ask if possible to share your walk photos on a Wednesday.
Try and get a few shots not just one
Add a bit of a write up about where you walked
Just one Wednesday Walk tagged post a week
You can look for anything in general or decide on one subject you want to get shots off.
Make a point of looking around and up and see what you can find to get shots of that otherwise you may miss
Do a post with the shots you get on a Wednesday and tag it with #wednesdaywalk, also if you happen to join, please leave a link to your post in a comment on this post and I will try and visit them all, especially if its not one of the first 5 tags or I may miss seeing it .
Following me and re-Hiving the post so more see it would be appreciated but isn't a rule just a suggestion.
I am not strict on these rules and hence why they are called guidelines and not rules
I will try and visit, and upvote all who take part in the Wednesday Walk.
I hope a few of you may find this an interesting challenge and decide to join in.

We had some lovely blues and oranges on my way in to work this morning. Plus some fog that made things quite interesting. I wish I wasn't always in such a hurry. It would be nice to pull off the road and take some shots certain mornings.

Wow you are brave, I would not have thought it was warm enough yet lol.
That was a gorgeous light painting shot at the fort. Early morning really has nature at her colourful best.
That was some nice light painting, you really are getting the knack of that down! Ford Rodman is a cool old building. Something about that last shot with the trees makes it my favorite. I'm not even sure why, they're all great, but that last one just draws me in for some reason! Great job!

What splendid sunrise shots, glad you got the chance to go barefoot. Very important to connect with the earth. They call it grounding and is said to be very good for healing the body. Keep taking advantage of the warmer weather. Stay blessed :}
