Sublime and Beautiful Sunday Fish at the Zoo

Sublime and Beautiful Sunday Fish at the Zoo

This post is for #SublimeSunday is inspired by @c0ff33a and #BeautifulSunday is initiated by @ace108.

For this week I wanted to do something different from the sunrises or flowers I often share and wasn't quite sure what that would be till I did a visit to the Buttonwood Park Zoo here in New Bedford, I went there around midday and most of the animals seemed to be taking a siesta so wasn't great for shots of the animals at the zoo, but then I walked past a building that houses some fish and such I decided to pop in and check it out which I haven't done for a while

ITs not a big spot but cool for the kids that visit there, and I guess great for those who want to take their kids to see some fish and don't want to have to drive or pay for the cost to enter an Aquarium.

Speaking of Aquariums I haven't visited one for years, I know there's one in Boston about an hour away and I think one in Providence probably 35 minutes or so away, sometime I should make the effort to visit them as I do love aquariums, I find them quiet relaxing to visit

one display had some sea horses, I always find them so cool to watch

I think this is some sort of Tang, but like with many other things i am no expert on fish LOL

I love watching the jellyfish they way the float and sort of pulsate and move about, not sure why but I find it so calming watching them

And another shot of the jellyfish, I probably spent more time watching them than I have watchign any other animal on my visits there to date

Hello Mr. @tattoodjay, good morning.

It's a shame you couldn't take pictures of the animals at the zoo. Luckily, you found this aquarium and were able to take some beautiful shots of the fish.

Excellent shots.

Another post about nature! 🥳 Feels so great reading blogs in hive tonight because I always read nature blogs. I adore your photos and its quality and meaning. The jellyfish looks like a galaxy with plain light and the fishes are incredible. They have great patterns. Among the sea creatures featured in this post, I most adore the sea horse. It might be small and fragile to view but it carries lot of babies they nurture. A phenomenal skill of bearing a child. To more of this post!

Wonderful experience to become acquainted with what lies beneath the waves that most will never see. Aquarium next best place to see, jelly fish and sea horses hold a fascination being so different.

Thanks for sharing these amazing photographs.

It's amazing! Bali is supposed to be gorgeous, I've never made it out to that part of the world. You must have seen some beautiful coral and lots of colorful tropical fish!
