as the sun rises on East Beach

as the sun rises on East Beach

Good Morning

Lets start with a health update

The Puree diet although not fun is working i haven't had any stomach Issues

spoke to my Dr yesterday morning and the ultra sound did indeed show there was part of a catheter from an IV in my arm and was told to go to the ER which I did

after 4 and a half hours they said it does need to come out but not urgent so will schedule it for next week and sent me home, I would have preferred to get it taken out yesterday but the swelling isnt that bad and I have to believe they know what they are doing

As I prepare this post a week in advance, I have bene having some stomach issues, possibly related to a hernia I have and a possible new one which unless it improves over the weekend I will go and get checked next week, but with stomach cramps and not being able to be to far from the bathroom I havent been out taking photos for a week, and even editing photos, they way I sit on my computer chair seems to aggravate things and the cramps get quite intense so I have bene spending minimal time on my PC and not editing new photos, so these I share today are a mix of recent and back to spring shots

These are from a few different walks i have taken on East Beach a nice wide and Sandy beach here, which gets packed on nice summer days but early morning when I go there is peaceful and quiet

Thia first shot is from back in spring, where they had fences up to protect the Plover birds who nested there

Man, it's just one thing after the other isn't it? I hope you can get past this soon. It has to be frustrating that you can't even work on edits while you are out of commission.

Good afternoon, Mr. @tattoodjay

I'm glad everything is going well with your diet. I hope your catheter is removed next week.

Beautiful and colorful photographs, the last shot is my favorite.

It was a beautiful sunrise! Too bad the water wasn't warm enough to go beyond your toes! Glad to hear the stomach if doing better, and hopefully that bit of IV catheter in our arm won't get infected in the meantime. What a pain to waste more than four hours at the ER and they can't do a thing...
