a few more shots from the Haskell Gardens

a few more shots from the Haskell Gardens

First let me give an update I mentioned the other day my colonoscopy and waiting for the biopsy results and they came in all good Non cancerous so a greta relief and next colonoscopy in a year

Following on from last weeks Wednesday walk post a few more shots from the haskell Gardens here in New Bedford, a lovely spot to visit year round, but as I said in spring i find it particularly beautiful, and I must revisit there again soon as with this crazy ups and downs we have bene having with the weather, spring had not sprung yet at the gardens

its a free spot to visit, donated by Allen Haskell who used to run a nursery here, and now managed by a greoup called the trustees

The spring colors may not have bene on show yet but the colors of this greenhouse always are eye catching

as you can see they have four greenhouses, and at this time they were empty but knwo they will be workign to grow plants there soon and when spring is really here they will be selling plants at various times.
I have never bought nay from there, some people like my father have a grene thumb and can care for and grow beautiful gardens, thats something I did not inherit from my father a gardener of any level I am not

now this spot i see whenever i visit there, but not sure I have ever taken a photo from this angle perhaps as most times when I visit there there are many flowers and I focus more on them, probably a nice spot to sit and relax, something i seldom do when out with my camera or even without it I am hyper and like to keep moving

and to finish off a shot of the buildign by the entrance, or as in the case the exit as I was leaving the gardens

Colorful pics... This contrasts with the gray, rainy weather in Montreal 😀
Enjoy your weekend

What a pretty place! I see why you like to visit there. Once the flowers are out it's going to be beautiful.

This weekend you should be full of energy with that clean bill of health. Any big plans?
