The thing which chuckled me this week the most was,

English post on linkedin was talking about how #ai took almost the complete application process , filtering and stuff before a human decided to hire or what not.

And than 12 h later, I saw a post in German on #linked of HR person, bitch about how bad the quality of the CVs are and what horrible work it is
