Welcome Samuel!!!
Firstly, congratulations to you both.

Secondly, what a journey!
I am really glad that kismet shone a light and things have worked out so far. The first few weeks are difficult at the best of times, but what your family have gone through is traumatic. In time, you will look back and be thankful for the challenge, but it won't be too soon, for now, you will just be grateful you are surviving it.

Glad to see you back here and I believe that writing will help you process and heal. Hopefully your lovely wife is also doing well.

Looking forward to more pictures :)

Hi my friend!
How nice to hear from you, I really missed you so much!
Yes, it was a truly traumatic period, but fortunately things are better now; of course we still have many obstacles to face but, as the doctors also told us, it is good to take it one step at a time; for now we are enjoying the family serenity and the possibility of all being together at home... after a month in hospital in which we could only see Samuele for a few hours a day, being all together at home is truly a dream come true.
My wife is now well and is back in shape, she too risked a lot but she was very strong as was Samuele, they are my two rocks and they have immense strength.
Writing will help me and relax me, I just need to be able to recover my discord account (in recent months I've been a bit out of touch, in my own way eh eh!)...naturally you'll soon be inundated with photos! :-)
