Yanqihu Lakeside Views From The Middle Of The Lake

Last month, I had a great visit to the Yanqihu Lake area was great as I had a tour of the launch surrounding the lake; when the lake water was not completely frozen, I traveled into the watery area where a little island is situated in the middle of the lake. The water is there all year round. As it was a free visit sponsored by the Huairou Authority, I took advantage of the chance to explore this island, which was far more appealing than my earlier ones. Since exploring the dam by the lakeshore is not a good idea, this island was constructed to provide a closer view of the entire lake. Additionally, the weather was so favorable that day that it was easy to see the mountain ranges and the hotels and resorts on the other side.

Above all, the water reflection is still a stunning work of art due to the vibrant foliage on certain views. This time, the air quality is excellent and the gathering of many electric towers in the mountains is noticeable. These breathtaking views are typically not so common during the winter months. There aren't many people in this region as winter approaches, and I haven't seen anyone paddling boats in the lake, which is a typical sight in the spring, summer, or late summer. Despite the fantastic weather, I was surprised by the low number of travelers. I had expected more because I had witnessed such large crowds at the lakeside region, which is the second most popular tourist destination in the Huairou district, just after the Great Wall, which is the most popular.
