Exploring the Beijing Olympic Village
The weather in Beijing is getting better day by day with the tremendous efforts by the Beijing Municipal. My last visit to the downtown area was a great day to explore this beautiful city with amazing surroundings. My last weekend was fantastic as well, with fantastic weather, clean air, and a clear blue sky. It always entices me to explore, and as I mentioned in my previous blog about my visit to the downtown region of Beijing. I have visited the Beijing Municipality's Olympic Village Area, which is one of the most visited tourist spots in modern Beijing City. Even though I went to the Olympic Forest Park last summer, I haven't been to this other area of the Beijing Olympic Village. As far as I know, the entire Olympic Village was created during the 2008 Olympic Games, when Beijing got its modern appearance.
When I walk on the streets in this part of the City, I realize that China is one of the top nations in the world for creating breathtaking architectural wonders, and Beijing is home to many magnificent buildings. I intended to spend my weekend making my first visit to explore this stunning downtown area. The region is located on the side of the river known as the Yangshan River, which looks very beautiful and increases the level of beauty of this area. Though the riverbank has some trees but these are not so beautiful as they have no green leaves.
During this winter, the river is now completely frozen; though there is no snowing in running winter, the residents are enjoying some winter activity on the frozen river. Though the selective parts of the river are open for winter activity, I saw a lot of people with their family members, especially children, enjoying the winter activities on the frozen river. Even though I saw many more people staying in the queue for the entry tickets to these selective entry points, I could not enter them into sections. However, the crowd in this area was so heavy that I had no interest in entering it, and I enjoyed the scenarios of the surrounding area.
And since this year is one of Beijing's most gorgeous winter days, I consider myself fortunate that the day was superb in terms of its weather. The latest changes in the air quality in the Beijing Municipality truly astound me. I found the large and spacious streets and several stadiums, including the Bird's Nest Stadium, an Indoor stadium, and many sports centers in the area. Thousands of people were visiting this area both, many individuals like me and many group tourists both from abroad and natives.
The whole area is so large to cover, but every part of the Olympic Village has several attractions. The Yangshan River adds more beauty to this area, with several bridges on the river at many points from which various views of the city can be explored. At the end, there is the large Olympic Forest Park, which is the largest forest park or any other kind of park in the downtown area of the city.
I have seen many museum buildings, including the China Science and Technology Museum, the Communist Party Museum, and many other historical and modern buildings in the area. Also, there are many facilities for tourists in this area, including many small shops selling coffee, snacks, souvenirs, and other things. The overall experience for a tourist would be great in this area.
I hope you like my photos of the beautiful afternoon views of the Olympic Village in Beijing City. The excellent air quality with beautiful blue sky makes the views stunning, which will definitely attract you. If you have any questions, please let me know in the comments, and I will try my best to answer them.
Thanks a lot for your time and attention. I will catch up with you at the next one.
Wish you a great day!

Yeah, its beautiful. Thanks for stopping by.
Dear @tanzil2024 !
Hassan!
I was amazed by the vastness of the Olympic Village!
I'm more amazed by the scene of people playing on the frozen river! Is there a risk of the ice breaking?
I don't think there is risk, but in emergency there are lot of volunteers to jandle any situatipn.
