Cycling By The Yanqi River

In my recent post, I have talked about the Yanqi River, which is a beautiful river in the Huairou City that originates from the Yanqihu Lake in the northern region of the Huairou district of the Beijing Municipality. I have gone across a long way by the riverside path that is built on the river bank to make it stronger and free from any break down to maintain the controlled path of the water flow. Though the water flow level is very weak most of the time but the authority has planned for a long term risky situation in any natural calamities that can be occur in the coming days. So, the long term planned will be very helpful to wash out the excessive water from heavy rain and if any mountain flood attacks the area in unseen future as we don't know the future but preparation is necessary to remain safe in the worst situation.

Among the many rivers passing through the city is this one is one of the most scenic one. The riverside road is not so spacious as it is not allowed for heavy vehicle. I enjoyed my cycling in this beautiful road that is thrilling and peaceful and enjoyed the stunning views in the surrounding area that is far from the business of the city life. Besides that the natural beauty of the area is soothing. Green weeds cover the roadside empty laces as well. Though this is a very shallow area where you can see the water moving on the rocks above, there are deeper areas where the water does not move.

Many sites like this exist throughout the whole riverside road appears to be filled with the natural beauty. These areas are quite clean, which is unusual in many countries like Bangladesh or India and rural areas where this is challenging to keep them clean. Conversely, the Beijing government is working very hard to maintain this area rather neat and orderly to make the scenic views more attractive.

Last but not least, I enjoyed exploring the Yanqi riverside area, where a modern living space devoid of environmental damage maintains equilibrium for the wild surroundings to exist in the full potential. I hope you like my images of the beautiful surroundings of the Yanqi River in the Huairou area. Right now in this time of year, this is a quite serene location to enjoy the outdoor activity.

The weather was so comfortable for travelling as the air quality was so good that everyone love to expect being very enjoyable to explore the scenic views, making it a great time to explore nature as my outdoor activity.
