Hello #foodiesbeehive friends ! I hope you had a great weekend. I spent it at home with the family, innovating once again in the kitchen to make a delicious, light and nutritious dinner. This time, I want to show you how to make a delicious vegetable, cheese and egg salad. I will show you the ingredients and the step-by-step of how I made this recipe.
The ingredients you will need are the following:
½ purple cabbage
1 medium carrot
1 onion
1 tomato
1 scallion
2 eggs
100 g cheese
2 tablespoons of oil
salt.
¡Hola amigos de #foodiesbeehive ! Espero que hayan tenido un fin de semana genial. Yo lo pasé en casa con la familia, innovando una vez más en la cocina para hacer una cena deliciosa, ligera y nutritiva. En esta ocasión, quiero mostrarles la elaboración de una ensalada deliciosa de vegetales, queso y huevo. Les mostraré los ingredientes y el paso a paso de cómo fui elaborando esta receta.
Los ingredientes que necesitarán son los siguientes:
½ repollo morado
1 zanahoria mediana
1 cebolla
1 tomate
1 cebollín
2 huevos
100 g de queso
2 cucharadas de aceite
sal.
I started by making the omelets. I added a pinch of salt to the eggs and beat them.
Comencé elaborando las tortillas. Le puse una pizca de sal a los huevos y los batí.
Then, I heated a tablespoon of oil in a small pot.
Luego, calenté una cucharada de aceite en una ollita.
When it was hot, I poured a small portion of beaten egg to make an omelet. I repeated this process until I finished with all the omelets.
Cuando estuvo caliente, vertí una pequeña porción de huevo batido para hacer una tortilla. Repetí este proceso hasta terminar con todas las tortillas.
Next, chop the tortillas into very fine strands so that they can be mixed well with the rest of the salad.
A continuación, pique las tortillas en hebras muy finas para poder mezclarlas bien con el resto de la ensalada.
Then chop the chives in small portions, chop the onion and tomato in cubes, the cabbage in fine strands, grate the carrot and the cheese.
Luego pique el cebollín en pequeñas porciones, pique la cebolla y el tomate en cubos , el repollo en hebras finas, rallé la zanahoria y el queso.
Once I had all the ingredients ready, I mixed them in a large container. I added salt to taste, although in our case we consider that the salt provided by the cheese is enough. Finally, we added a teaspoon of oil.
Una vez que tuve todos los ingredientes listos, los mezclé en un envase grande. Le incorporé sal al gusto, aunque en nuestro caso consideramos que con la sal que proporciona el queso es suficiente. Por último, agregamos una cucharadita de aceite.
