[ENG/ESP] A warm Sunday by the sea. Music and friends.
I wish you all a wonderful and productive week, full of good times, goals, and above all, lots of positive energy.
Personally, I hope my week isn't as intense as the last one. Although I can't complain, because the weekend was really restful. On Saturday and Sunday, I managed to disconnect a little from my responsibilities and spend quality time with my family, something that always makes me very happy.
I would like to share with you a very special moment we experienced this past Sunday. It was a simple afternoon, but one filled with joy, good company, and that magical touch that only the sea can offer. My husband and I decided to head out in the afternoon to Playa El Tirano, a place we love for its relaxed atmosphere and many options for enjoyment. The idea was to meet up with some friends, share a pleasant time, and, of course, watch the sunset, which is something that fascinates me deeply. There is something about that moment when the sky is tinged with warm colors and the sun says goodbye that relaxes me, inspires me, and connects me with what is essential. For me, it was a good plan for our afternoon.
El Tirano Beach has a special charm. Personally, I really like it because it combines the best of nature with spaces for enjoyment. There are several restaurants where you can enjoy delicious freshly fried fish accompanied by salad or whatever else you fancy, all while listening to the sound of the waves. There are also bars with lively music and a very special corner where they play bola criolla, a tradition that always makes me smile. It's very dynamic and fun, and I'm learning a little about this tradition.
However, that day we had another destination. We were going to the Sunsol Isla Caribe hotel, which is right in front of El Tirano Beach. Some friends were waiting for us there, with whom we wanted to spend the afternoon. When we arrived, the sky was still somewhat clear, and although the sea was a little choppy, its beauty was undeniable.

En lo personal, confío en que mi semana no sea tan intensa como la anterior. Aunque no me puedo quejar, porque el fin de semana fue realmente reparador. El sábado y el domingo logré desconectarme un poco de las responsabilidades y dedicar tiempo de calidad a mi familia, algo que siempre me hace muy felíz.
compartiré con ustedes en esta ocasión un momento muy especial que vivimos el domingo que recién culminó. Fue una tarde sencilla, pero llena de alegría, buena compañía y ese toque mágico que solo el mar puede ofrecer. Mi esposo y yo decidimos salir en la tarde rumbo a Playa El Tirano, un lugar que nos encanta por su ambiente relajado y sus múltiples opciones para disfrutar. La idea era encontrarnos con unos amigos, compartir un rato agradable y, por supuesto, contemplar la puesta de sol, que es algo que me fascina profundamente. Hay algo en ese instante en que el cielo se tiñe de colores cálidos y el sol se despide que me relaja, me inspira y me conecta con lo esencial. Para mí era un buen plan para nuestra tarde.
Playa El Tirano tiene un encanto particular. A mí, en lo personal, me gusta mucho porque combina lo mejor de la naturaleza con espacios para el disfrute. Hay varios restaurantes donde puedes saborear un delicioso pescado frito, recién hecho, acompañado de ensalada o lo mejor que te pueda apetecer, todo eso mientras escuchas el sonido de las olas. También hay bares con música alegre, y un rincón muy especial donde se juega bola criolla, una tradición que siempre me hace sonreír, es muy dinámica y divertida, estoy aprendiendo un poco de esta tradición.
Sin embargo, ese día teníamos otro destino. Íbamos al hotel Sunsol Isla Caribe, que está justo frente a Playa El Tirano. Allí nos esperaban unos amigos con quienes queríamos compartir la tarde. Al llegar, el cielo aún conservaba algo de claridad, y aunque el mar estaba un poco encrespado, su belleza era indiscutible.
We settled in, talked, laughed, and enjoyed that special atmosphere that is created when you are surrounded by good people and good energy. Time flew by, as it usually does when you are comfortable. And when we said goodbye, the sun was already setting. I couldn't see the sunset as I had hoped, but I was left with the satisfaction of having experienced a beautiful moment, full of affection and connection.
Nos instalamos, conversamos, reímos y disfrutamos de ese ambiente tan especial que se crea cuando estás rodeado de buena gente y buena energía. El tiempo pasó volando, como suele ocurrir cuando uno está a gusto. Y cuando nos despedimos, el sol ya se estaba ocultado. No pude ver la puesta de sol como esperaba, pero me quedó la satisfacción de haber vivido un momento bonito, lleno de afecto y conexión.
Before returning home, we decided to drive along the entire coastline of El Tirano. When we arrived at the boardwalk, we were surprised by how busy the area was. It was very lively, with lots of people out on the streets enjoying the nightlife. There were two cars with DJs filling the place with music, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. It was nice to see how the community comes together and celebrates in open spaces, with joy and respect.
Antes de regresar a casa, decidimos recorrer todo el litoral de El Tirano. Al llegar al malecón, nos sorprendió la actividad que había en la zona. Estaba muy animada, con muchas personas en la calle disfrutando del ambiente nocturno. Había dos autos con DJ que llenaban el lugar de música, creando una atmósfera vibrante y festiva. Fue bonito ver cómo la comunidad se reúne y celebra en espacios abiertos, con alegría y respeto.
Finally, we set off on our way home, our hearts content and our minds at ease. We wanted to get a good night's sleep so we could start the week with renewed energy. That's how our Sunday went, surrounded by sea breezes, good friends, and beautiful moments.

No hay nada como estar cerca del mar y disfrutar de momentos agradables que nos reconectan y renuevan. El descanso es esencial; a veces el trabajo y la rutina conspiran contra él, pero es importante hacerle espacio.
