[ENG/ESP] A routine surrounded by beautiful hills and blue skies

I hope you are enjoying these days off as much as I am. Today we decided to stay home and take advantage of the time to catch up on some pending tasks that, due to the hectic pace of the work week, we had had to put on hold. Sometimes, there is nothing more comforting than dedicating time to our home, organizing, cleaning, and simply enjoying the tranquility of our space.
I want to share with you how my Friday went, the last day of work this week, which, although intense, ended in a very special way. From the moment I woke up, I knew it was going to be a good day. The sky was clear, a deep blue, I would even say bright, like something out of a postcard. That's why I couldn't help but take some photos on my way to work at the Parque Costa Azul shopping center.

Espero que estén disfrutando de estos días de descanso tanto como yo. Hoy hemos decidido quedarnos en casa y aprovechar el tiempo para ponernos al día con algunas tareas pendientes que, por el ritmo agitado de la semana laboral, habíamos tenido que dejar en pausa. A veces, no hay nada más reconfortante que dedicarle tiempo a nuestro hogar, organizar, limpiar, y simplemente disfrutar de la tranquilidad de nuestro espacio.
Quiero compartirles cómo fue mi viernes, el último día de trabajo de esta semana que, aunque intensa, terminó de una manera muy especial. Desde que me desperté, supe que sería un buen día. El cielo estaba despejado, con un azul profundo diría que hasta brillante, pareciera sacados de una postal. Por eso no pude dejar de tomar algunas fotos mientras me dirigía a cumplir con mis labores en el centro comercial Parque Costa Azul.
The workday was fairly quiet. That day, we only had to perform routine tasks: check water levels, ensure everything was within the appropriate parameters, apply the necessary chlorine, and disinfect properly. Although it may seem complicated to some, for us it is already part of our routine. Over time, we have learned to do it efficiently, dynamically, and, above all, with great commitment. It is gratifying to see how teamwork flows when everyone knows their role and carries it out responsibly.
La jornada laboral fue bastante tranquila. Ese día solo teníamos que realizar las tareas rutinarias: revisar los niveles del agua, asegurarnos de que todo estuviera en los parámetros adecuados, aplicar el cloro necesario y desinfectar correctamente. Aunque para algunos pueda parecer complicado, para nosotros ya es parte de la rutina. Con el tiempo hemos aprendido a hacerlo con eficiencia, dinamismo y, sobre todo, con mucho compromiso. Es gratificante ver cómo el trabajo en equipo fluye cuando cada quien conoce su rol y lo ejecuta con responsabilidad.
Once our work at Costa Azul Park was finished, we headed to Sunsol Unik to continue with our usual tasks. Everything went smoothly there as well, allowing us to finish early and with a sense of satisfaction at a job well done.
Una vez finalizada nuestra labor en el Parque Costa Azul, nos dirigimos a Sunsol Unik para continuar con nuestras tareas habituales. Allí también todo transcurrió sin contratiempos, lo que nos permitió terminar temprano y con una sensación de satisfacción por el deber cumplido.
Since it was Friday and the weather was still spectacular, we decided not to take the usual route home. Instead, we opted for a longer but much more beautiful route: the hills of Guarame. It was a spontaneous decision, but undoubtedly a very good one. Sometimes, changing our routine and letting ourselves be carried away by the beauty of our surroundings is just what we need to recharge our batteries.
Como era viernes y el clima seguía siendo espectacular, decidimos no tomar el camino habitual de regreso a casa. En su lugar, optamos por una ruta más larga, pero mucho más hermosa; los cerros de Guarame. Fue una decisión espontánea, pero sin duda, muy acertada. A veces, cambiar la rutina y dejarse llevar por la belleza del entorno es justo lo que necesitamos para recargar energías.
The landscape was simply enchanting. As we drove along, we could see how nature intertwined with architecture. Some houses, built by people who clearly value tranquility and contact with the environment, stood among the hills, surrounded by lush vegetation. It was as if each house had been carefully placed to form part of the landscape, without breaking its harmony. The hills, the trees, the blue sky, and those well-integrated buildings created a scene worthy of an artistic photograph.
El paisaje era simplemente encantador. A medida que avanzábamos, podíamos ver cómo la naturaleza se entrelazaba con la arquitectura. Algunas casas, construidas por personas que claramente valoran la tranquilidad y el contacto con el entorno, se alzaban entre los cerros, rodeadas de vegetación exuberante. Era como si cada vivienda hubiera sido cuidadosamente colocada para formar parte del paisaje, sin romper su armonía. Los cerros, los árboles, el cielo azul y esas construcciones tan bien integradas creaban una escena digna de una fotografía artística.
As we took in these landscapes, I felt an immense sense of tranquility. Breathing fresh air and contemplating natural beauty made me realize how important it is to give ourselves these little gifts. You don't always need a big trip or a special occasion to enjoy magical moments; sometimes, all you need to do is change your route and open your eyes to your surroundings.
So, surrounded by hills and greenery, I welcomed this weekend that promises to be full of special moments.
