[ENG/ESP] A journey through Art.
Like every Wednesday, I'm here with you, #wednesdaywalk friends, to share my walk today. Thanks to our dear friend @tattoodjay, who has created this beautiful initiative for all of us to share, wherever we are.
Today, even though I had to work, I had a very relaxed walk. As is my custom, I went out to work and my husband was the one who drove me, so my day started very relaxed, enjoying the scenery that this sunrise had for me.
Como cada miércoles, me encuentro aquí con ustedes, amigos de #wednesdaywalk, para compartir mi recorrido de hoy. Gracias a nuestro querido amigo @tattoodjay, que ha creado esta bella iniciativa para que todos compartamos, donde quiera que estemos.
Hoy, a pesar de que tuve que trabajar, tuve un recorrido muy relajado. Como es mi costumbre, salí al trabajo y mi esposo fue quien me llevó, así que mi día comenzó muy relajado, disfrutando del paisaje que tenía este amanecer para mí.
Today I only had to enter the bank in the Costa Azul shopping center, and it was super fast. But my husband continued to run an errand downtown and we agreed to meet at the Sambil mall. So, after finishing at the bank, I headed there in a postponed.
Hoy solo tenía que entrar al banco del centro comercial Costa Azul, y fue súper rápido. Pero mi esposo continuó haciendo una gestión en el centro de la ciudad y acordamos vernos en el centro comercial Sambil. Así que, al terminar en el banco, me dirigí hacia allá en un pospuesto.
When I arrived at the mall, I entered through the door that bears the name Playa Caribe, since there is a cafeteria nearby and I had arranged with my husband that I would be there. But when I entered through the corridor that would take me to the cafeteria, I saw that they had changed the art exhibition and I could not resist seeing and admiring the work of the artists.
Al llegar al centro comercial, entré por la puerta que lleva el nombre Playa Caribe, ya que cerca hay una cafetería y quedé con mi esposo que allí estaría. Pero al entrar por el pasillo que me llevaría a la cafetería, vi que habían cambiado la exposición de arte y no pude resistir ir viendo y admirando el trabajo de los artistas.
I started with the work called “El objetivo” by the artist María Teresa Medina. It was one of the ones I liked the most.
Comencé por la obra llamada “El objetivo” de la artista María Teresa Medina. Fue una de las que más me gustó.
I continued with the work “The guard of the future” by the author Alejandro Sayegh.
Continué con la obra “El guardia del futuro” del autor Alejandro Sayegh.
Then, “Like” by author Yuz Mejia.
Luego, “Like” del autor Yuz Mejia.
“La Torre” by author Daniel Ancieta.

“El tiempo es apenas un susurro” by author Eloísa Figueroa Mijares, which I also loved.

Also, I saw “Municipal Cemetery of Porlamar” by Javier de Volcán.

I enjoyed these works of art so much that when my husband arrived, I was engrossed in enjoying them, he joined in and enjoyed this beautiful art with me.
As we left the Sambil mall, we headed home. I felt very relaxed since I love art and being able to appreciate it is like receiving an injection of peace and positivism. So I was appreciating our way very well. We knew it was not too late to return home, as the man who sells watermelons was still on the road with his truck full. In the afternoons, when many go up to the beach, they don't leave many because of how refreshing this fruit is.
Disfruté tanto estas obras de arte que, cuando llegó mi esposo, estaba ensimismada disfrutando de ellas, él se unió y disfruto de este hermoso arte junto a mi.
Al salir del centro comercial Sambil, nos dirigimos hacia la casa. Me sentía muy relajada ya que adoro el arte y poderlo apreciar es como recibir una inyección de paz y positivismo. Así que fui apreciando nuestro camino muy bien. Sabíamos que no era muy tarde para regresar a casa, pues el señor que vende sandías aún estaba en la vía con su camioncito lleno. En las tardes, cuando muchos suben a la playa, no dejan muchas por lo refrescante que es este fruto.
On the way back, my husband and I talked about the works of art I saw and how each of them conveyed different emotions to me. Art always helps me to see the world from different perspectives. I consider that we are very fortunate to have access to these exhibitions, I wish more people could enjoy this beautiful art.
Friends I like these days when, despite the responsibilities, I can find moments to enjoy and relax my mind.

Durante el regreso, mi esposo y yo conversamos sobre las obras de arte que vi y cómo cada una de ellas me transmitió diferentes emociones. El arte siempre me ayuda a ver el mundo desde diferentes perspectivas. Considero que somos muy afortunados por tener acceso a estas exposiciones, me gustaría que más personas pudieran disfrutar de este hermoso arte.
Amigos me gustan estos días en los que, a pesar de las responsabilidades, puedo encontrar momentos para disfrutar y relajar mi mente.
