@leostrategy could you please advise the precise method for transferring LSTR / SURGE from Base to Hive Engine. Your blog on the subject only identifies the location to do this but does not detail the format for the username field. I assume the tokens are sent to the lstr or surge oracle but presumably need a memo to ensure funds go to the correct HE account?

I believe their blog post specifies that you need to write to the contract and include your hive username in the field

To bridge LSTR/SURGE from Base to Hive-Engine, interact with the Base contract via Basescan.org using the "ConvertTokenWithTransfer" function.

For SURGE:

  • Contract: 0x7234b7e90a64f397047faf9ae8b1903b4467c275
  • Connect your wallet to Basescan.
  • Enter amount, your Hive Engine username as the recipient (in the to parameter), and 0x for memo (no additional memo needed; username routes to your HE account).
  • Approve and execute. 2% fee applies; tokens arrive as heSURGE on HE.
