Perhaps making more scholarships available for public schools students entering public college could make a bit of a difference in giving more students a chance to pursue higher education in fields they're interested in. It's quite a blow to drop out of college because one can't afford it, most often than not, these people don't have the chance to further their education anymore as work and other responsibilities will take much of their time.

These scholarships do exist here, even in a reasonable number, but the scenario still remains the same. Unfortunately, the system has become flawed to the point of giving advantages to those who already have resources, while making things harder for those who don’t. Even those who manage to study at a public university still face the challenge of dividing their time with work. It’s truly a complex dynamic…
