Have been there many times. Being asset rich, but cash poor will sometimes have me questioning whether living below my means is a good choice to make, especially in the short to medium term. Sometimes, I wished there are options available to collateralize my assets and borrow against them, instead of just selling them outright.

That is also a great idea but there is not much option here in Nigeria. I think the best option is to just wait and let time do its thing.
Right. A strong level of patience is needed, time will sort it out eventually.
