It's mostly related around food, specifically sugar. It often pains me that a person will know that refined sugar isn't good for their health yet they'll still consume it and later make excuses like they'll exercise or drink some herbs to counteract the bad influence on their system. Wouldn't it be wiser to just taking sugar altogether?? Human psychology can be really contradictory lol.

Yeah man it's really wild stuff! Sugar is one of the most addicting substances in the world and people don't seem to understand it. I'm not perfect with sugar either but knowing the devil is better than not knowing it so to speak!

Lol, definitely. Even awareness of the subject is much better than total ignorance. I mostly consume sugar when I'm not at home, in another place like a restaurant or eating out somewhere else.
