RE: Sans Gluten

I've not gone down this rabbit hole yet. But I'm always suspicious of supermarket products that a labeled "gluten FREE!" For the most part, our body can't process these artificial chemicals that are injected into natural products. The alteration itself, creates and multiples the toxins tenfold, I've read. Better to avoid them as much as we can, if not entirely.

Oh yeah for sure. One of the things that frustrates me with gluten free is that most of them are not "non-gmo certified" and that's a problem for me in a lot of ways.

What we've done is just reduced our grain intake altogether so it reduces the issues like you mentioned.

This was a decent read for how bad gluten is for Americans!

Yes, it's a pony trick. Sometimes, it's much worse than that too.

Thanks! Will give it a read :)
