A traditional spaghetti jollof meal

After reading through some posts here in this community I finally decided to make mine today and I will be sharing with you guys how I prepared my spaghetti squash.

Well this particular version of of spaghetti jollof is called the sapa version in my country.
This paste can be prepared in many ways especially in Nigeria where there are diverse ways of preparing meals but actually cooked this in a traditional way.

STEPS ON HOW I PREPARED MY SPAGHETTI
#-1 pack of golden penny spaghetti
#- 3 seasoning cubes
#- salt to taste
#- an onion
#- palm oil
#- pepper
#- crayfish
#- water

First of all I parboiled the spaghetti by breaking it into a pot of a boiling water, then filter the water out after being cooked for 15 minutes.

After that I rinsed and place my pot on fire for few seconds the pot was hot and the water dried up, I added my palm oil to the heated pot.

Next I added the chopped onions, pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, the grounded crayfish then lastly I added a little water to it.
I then went in with the already parboiled spaghetti into the whole misture, let it cooked till done.

This sapa version of spaghetti jollof have been around for years and have been saving life's since from it existence till today. It's yummy and one of the fastest food to try if you're really hungry and needs something to eat immediately.
