Kopi Fest : Try Delicious Coffee

How are you guys? I'm pretty good, and a lot of fun things are happening for me, and I hope you guys are too.

Lately there have been a lot of important days that make work time off, so I get a lot of time off and of course I will enjoy it with my family and friends. And because of that, in Medan there are many events, one of which is the coffee festival which is held in one of the shopping centers in Medan.

This event is filled by several coffee brands where they will exhibit and promote the products they sell, ranging from coffee beans, ground coffee, coffee machines and others. and of course there are so many promotions that they make, discounts and bonuses when buying their products. and not only coffee, but here there are also some who sell desserts, there are many interesting things here.

And from all those interesting things, I decided to visit a booth called Alligator. Alligator is a cafe in Medan, this is a famous cafe but unfortunately I have never visited the cafe, so because they opened a booth here I decided to order their coffee.

They have quite a long queue, so i have to queue for a few minutes. But it doesn't matter because their service is quite fast.

While queuing we have been given the menu book, so we can see it and make our choice when we arrive in front of the cashier, that's what makes queuing here not long even though there are many visitors. The main choice here is coffee, but they also provide some desserts, and the desserts are displayed here so it makes it easy for us to see what the original looks like.

Because I wanted to go somewhere else so I decided to buy a drink that was easy to carry and I could drink later when I got home, so I decided to order their bottled drinks. There are 2 choices in their bottled drinks, Cold White and Cold Black.

Cold White
Made from 100% Sumatran Mandheling Arabica beans. Bold, earthy flavors with a hint of dark chocolate and spice, perfectly balanced with creamy milk. Full of flavor yet easy to drink.

Cold Black
Their cold brew is steeped for 18 hours using ethically sourced beans from El Salvador and Frinsa Collective. It's naturally sweet with fruity, crisp notes and smooth complexity.

We bought both drinks, but for me the cold white and my friend the cold black. before discussing the cold white, I was told by my friend that the taste of the cold black drink was delicious, black coffee that has a fruity taste, it sounds delicious and it seems like I have to come to Alligator again and try for myself how the drink tastes.

and for the Cold White is also delicious, first I tried it without adding ice cubes, and as the description says this coffee has a bold taste, coffee with a distinctive bitter taste that is very delicious. And with the creamy taste of milk adds to the delicious impression of this coffee. But unfortunately lately I can't drink too much bold coffee like this, so I decided to add ice cubes and of course this makes this coffee taste even better for me.

I didn't expect the coffee here to be so delicious, and even these two coffees are not the most famous coffees from this cafe, I'm also curious about the taste of their other drinks. I can't wait to visit the alligator cafe directly.

And of course I also bought their dessert, there is one unique menu that I really want to try. It is a ribbon-shaped Croissant, looks unique and cute. This croissant has a delicious chocolate filling, a delicious sweet taste and is perfect to eat with their delicious coffee.
