Interesting Coffee, But Does It Taste Good?

How are you all? hope you are all well. nice to meet you all again, and i hope you are also happy that i am here. And of course still with me discussing coffee shops or cafes that catch my attention.

This time i came to a cafe that has appeared several times on my fyp, they serve an interesting and unique menu that makes me want to come and try their menu. The name of this cafe is Tempo Coffee Studio, a cafe that sells several choices of drink and snack menus.

This cafe has a comfortable place, a cool room and good service. I was greeted very well by the workers here. The decoration of this cafe is also good, simple but looks beautiful and makes me comfortable. This cafe is not too spacious, but there are indoor and some benches outdoors. Gathering with family or friends will make you like it here.

This cafe also has good lighting, it makes me want to keep taking pictures, the lighting makes the color of the photo look beautiful. And in front of the bathroom there is a large round mirror which of course I will take pictures with the mirror, and I like the results.

For the menu choices here are actually not too many, there are only a few choices such as black coffee, white based coffee, Con panna, cold brew edition, some snacks, some coffee topping choices. There is also a broken heart edition haha, caramel coffee and matcha are included in this section. And there is also their signature coffee, their signature coffee is very unique, and this is what makes me want to come to this cafe, I will discuss it later.

And they also have some choices of cakes such as brownies, sponge cakes, cheese cakes, and croisants. For the choice of cakes are not included in the menu, but are displayed next to the cashier, so you can see directly how the cakes are.

And when I was at the cashier I saw a Sinchan toy on display, it looked really cute.

This time I ordered their signature coffee, Tempo Signature Noodles and a slice of Cheese cake.

Cheese Cake

Before discussing about the signature coffee I will discuss about the cake that I ordered first. The cake that I ordered was Cheese cake, I really like cheese cake so of course I will order it when I see they have cheese cake.

The cheese cake is delicious, it tastes sweet, salty and creamy. It has a texture that feels a little dense, honestly I don't really like the texture of this kind of cheese cake, I prefer a soft cheese cake that melts in the mouth. And maybe for those who really like cheese, this cheese cake doesn't seem to use much cheese. Even so, the cheese cake is still delicious.

Tempo Signature Noodles

This is a coffee in the form of noodles, looks interesting and unique. Coffee milk with coffee jelly that is shaped like noodles. Then placed in a bowl to make it look like real noodles.

And for the taste of this coffee, hmmm, it's not bad but it feels lacking. I mean, it's like coffee milk or latte, but it doesn't have a creamy or sweet taste, but it also doesn't have the bitter taste of coffee. It tastes like coffee, but more like coffee with lots of water, then milk is added. This is not because the ice cubes melt, because as soon as this is served I only take a photo of it for a moment and drink it immediately. Or maybe this is made to have a taste that is lacking because you have to drink it with jelly, but the jelly also doesn't have a sweet taste and strong coffee, but it's still better if you drink it with jelly.

It's really a shame if they keep coffee with this taste, even though they have a unique and interesting idea. Hopefully they can improve the taste and quality of their menu, because honestly this cafe is good and can be improved again.

Those are the two menus that I ordered, and as I said, this is a nice cafe, every customer will be served mineral water. And I think that is a good thing, because not all cafes will be like this.
