Even in the coldest winter, there's nothing like time with a cold beer! 寒い冬でも冷たいビールと付き合う時間は最高!!
Today was my day off from work, so I digested the chores I had saved up, and after sweating it out jogging at a nearby ground, I wanted something spicy to eat, so I find today's lunch at a nearby supermarket. I find a frozen noodle soup with no soup, which looks delicious, so I buy it. The frozen food is reasonably priced and easy to heat up. It's a great option for a one-person lunch when the family is out.
And, spicy food goes very well with, well, beer!
The recipe is too simple to talk about anything in particular. Heat up the bean sprouts and soup-less tantanmen noodles you bought together in the microwave and serve.
Then a little more seasoning, some chili and sansho on top of the bean sprouts, and a little mayonnaise to finish it off. Yes, it's done!
The main course of beer made for a great lunch, very easy and hearty!
The tangy spiciness is poured down the throat along with the beer. It is delicious and irresistible.
I was hungry after jogging and ate it in an instant.
It was a great treat with very good chemistry, thank you for the food!
Although I drink less during the winter, I sometimes have a craving for a beer, and I always have non-alcoholic beer in my refrigerator so that I can drink it whenever I want.
If I put alcohol in my body during the daytime, I would not be able to drive around when I have to run errands, so these days I buy non-alcoholic beer whenever I feel like having a beer.
When I was in my 20s, I used to go to an izakaya every day and drink with friends until dawn with yakitori and beer in hand, but now I no longer have the stamina to do so, so sometimes it is blissful to savor a can while drinking. It is also interesting to see how our relationship with beer and how we enjoy it changes as we get older. See you soon.
今日は仕事が休みだったので貯まっていた家事を消化、そして近くのグラウンドでジョギングをして汗をかいた後に何か辛いものを食べたくなり、近くのスーパーで今日のランチを見つけます。そこで汁無し担々麵の冷凍食品が美味しそうだったので購入。冷凍食品は価格がお手頃で温めれば手軽に食べられる。家族が出掛けていてに一人きりのランチには最高の選択肢です。
そして辛い食べ物には、、、ビールがとても良く合いますよね!
作り方は簡単すぎて特に何も語ることはありません、一緒に買ってきたもやしと汁無し担々麺をレンジで温めて盛り付けます。
そしてもう少し味付けを、もやしの上に唐辛子と山椒をかけて、仕上げにマヨネーズを少々。はい出来上がり!
メインのビールの登場でとてもお手軽に、そしてボリューム満点の最高のランチが出来上がりました!
ピリッとくる辛さをビールの喉越しとともに流し込む。美味しくてたまりません。
ジョギングをした後でお腹が減っていたのもあり、一瞬で食べてしまいました。
相性もとても良く最高のご馳走でした、ごちそうさまでした!
冬場は飲む機会が減ってしまいますがたまに無性に飲みたくなる時があり、いつでも飲めるように冷蔵庫にはノンアルコールビールが常備してあります。
アルコールを昼間から体に入れてしまうと、用事が出来た時に車での移動が出来なくなってしまうので最近はビールが飲みたくなったらノンアルコールビールを買っています。
20代の頃は毎日居酒屋に行って焼き鳥とビールを手に、友人と夜が明けるまで飲み明かしていましたが、今はそんな体力もなくなってしまったので時々1缶じっくり味わいながら飲むのが至福な時間になっています。
年齢を重ねるごとにビールとの付き合い方や楽しみ方が変わってくるのも味わい深いですね。それではまた。
