The Trend Business over Passion

How did we get here in the first place?
Let me explain..
1-standard of living increasingly high.
2-Parents struggling to provide the basics things for the family.
3- Even in air line rates we see the huge difference in the figures cand we ask what happened to providing people comforts when travelling or is in our everyday life.
4-Moving around in buses or cabs aren't cheap either everything is now business.
It's a hustling field now where it is the survival of the fittest if you can't push as much, you won't have anything to show for it.
Funny even the housing sector isn't left out it very involved as landlords increase fees for every new tenant and the old ones get the quit notice if they don't comply with their demands for increment
Even my line of business , I can't do much with just having the passion it won't put food on my table or help me provide for my families and my sort my responsibilities. I'm sure a lot of people aren't happy with what they are doing presently because they have no passion for it they are just there for what they can take home. In the long run life will demand what they have being doing all the while.

I have seen many individuals switching job roles because the ones they were into wasn't footing their bills anymore.

Honestly working passionately isn't a trend anymore may God help us.

We also see this in the hospitals you can't rush a loved one there and they will be attended to with you making payment first they won't even touch your loved one.

Let me give another example..
In my church we have school teacher's that attend the church but I will tell you all our children Handlers non of us are school teacher's we are there because of the love we have for the children when we had a meeting and asked the school teacher's why they don't want to work with us one answered "You guys aren't being paid na"
You see it's a trend in churches and it's sad but what can we do Life isn't easy and some just want to make earns meet.
Will we ever go back to the trend when people do things because of the passion they have for it? I doubt but as we live let let try to not loose rate and keep pushing

The economy is not smiling at anyone. While we applaud passion and talents, you can't take them to the banks. Cost of living is becoming increasingly expensive and so people have to do what they have to do. It's mostly for survival - daily meals, if I must add. It is just bad that important aspects of livelihood and dreams/talents have to suffer.
