Vegan Monday: Fried Oriental Onions Pasta Cuisine Recipe 🧅🌶🍝



Happy start to this new week veganlovers ❤️!.

Hope you enjoyed your weekend resting and energized. And what a beautiful new week starting with little sun ⛅️ shine, the one I experienced from my end today was warm and likable.

I have not made pasta in a very long time because I enjoy my pasta well spiced and delicious. And today I decided to make one in a way I love to enjoy it and I know you will love ❤️ too.

And since I want to share it here with family, I made it in veganlove 🌱 style that taste so good and enjoyable. Although it was a simple and straightforward recipe without much ingredients, but it was so delicious 😋

.The onions 🧅, turmeric and some other little spices, stir fried made it appetizing. And the finished result with some side banana 🍌, onion garnish and mint was a good toppings to make it irresistible.

I will take you guys through my preparation step by step of this recipe.

INGREDIENTS:


250 g of pasta ( 1 serving)
2 balls of onions
1 tablespoon of cherry tomatoes paste
1 tablespoon of margarine
4 pieces fresh pepper
1 ripped banana
1 soy cube
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon curry powder

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

I will start this recipe by first cleaning, washing and slicing the onions our base ingredient.

Step 2.


Then will take the sliced onions 🧅 and fresh pepper 🌶 into the hand grater to grate both for a smooth paste.

Step 3.

Next is to heat up the pan to dissolve the margarine.

Step 4.



Then will stir fry the onions to tender bringing out the desired aroma and flavor.

Step 5.


I will add just little water, adding also the spices to incorporate all into seasoning. Stir properly to blend into others.

Step 6.

Here I will break the paster into halves just the way I like it

Step 7.

To boil and cook the pasta, I will set water to boil adding some salt, drops of oil, and immediately the water boils briskly, I will add the pasta into the water. Stir to separate them to be in ones.

Step 8.

I will leave to cook for almost 20 minutes to tender, then strain in a basket and pour it back into the pot.

Step 9.

And will slice the banana for sides, a more nutritious supplement.

Step 10.


Will finally mix the pasta pouring the stir fry into the pasta. Gradually mix to make sure the sauce gets round the pasta 🍝

And will serve. Pasta taste so better with garnishes. And especially when its spicy. A meal for lunch 🥙 or early evening dinner for one or family to enjoy. It was
