The Tool That Keeps Me Connected

My most important tool when it comes to my work is my phone. My phone I can say is my mobile office because of how it connects me with the people of the world 🌍. For me , a phone is one tool that has helped build and connect people in various kinds of work and business, which means without a phone, connecting with others will be very difficult.

Not that there are not other tools that helps us in the various kinds of work we do , because the work we do must definitely involve so many other tools. For example, I as a Realtor have some measurement tools I use on site to measure square meters when it comes to land measuring. Something like tapes, some ropes. Sometimes I involve my Laptop 💻 depending on designing.

But I can tell you that my phone is one tool that stands out for me in my work space with how easy it helps make things go smoothly. And one thing we need to know is that many of us see our phones in many way since everyone just want to have this phone, but for me my phone is the most Important tool for my work.

First, I have been able to easily connect with my clients in my area of work. I can tell you am always on WhatsApp 2/4/7, connecting and discussing about work, unless when am sleeping or needed to rest. Letting, selling, renting or buying of properties are one huge area of business which needs constant connections even when you are on the move. Photos are being snapped, several shots are being sent into your phone and calls keep buzzing in and out of your phone due to information needed. This is one kind of connection you can not make with the Laptop 💻 but so easily carried out on phone 📱.

Secondly, phones are the most smallest tool , and which is why we can easily carry them about. And because its handy, we take and use them any where we are. Bank apps while in the bank, The Bible app while in Church, Games that I play for leisure app are in my phones. My hive apps for many activities . This means things will continue to go on easily, send messages, arrange work, book appointments and even reschedule appointments on the spot without wasting time or going back to the office to use our Laptop 💻. Although many other businesses involves some kinds of machinery for work tools, but only the phone helps connect with people for even ordering, delivery, and other online arrangements.

There are some properties that needs to be marketed online which might be sent to me through a colleague. The next thing I will do is to connect with my other colleagues and send the property picture to them through my phone which makes networking very easy. And even some times you don’t need to visit a site to inspect a building. The owner may just decide to get a shot of property and sent it to you to market. This kind of businesses are made is with the phone. Many of these businesses has been concluded and closed online by just sending it to a client who might be interested. All he or she needs to do is go for inspection. Once they like it, its a game over: Lots of other businesses are like this throughout the world 🌍

Hive my virtual community is one place my phones has come so handy. I don’t need to get home to write ✍️ my prompt. I can be at a site and commence writing my prompt with any little spare time. And at intervals while working on field, I can open my App to come on here on Hive for community exploring, commenting and reblog. This has been very helpful with my being active here on hive and thanks to my smartphone. Other contents I post in gastronomy communities are readily prepared at home but can also be complied any where I find myself working.

I don’t think there is any tool that is more important than the phone because everyone in business needs connection which phones are the easiest to use. We know industries and organizations has some sophisticated machines for work productivity, but without contact and connections which involves people, businesses and work will not be fast and smooth.
