The Things We Neglect For Good Health

Hope to find you well and healthy, and warned up to enjoy the weekend in special ways. It has really been a while guys but this very topic is one I longed for so much because anything that has to do with health interests me.
And am so happy to be joining you guys to share some physical health tips that we do not value even though they are what we need most times to stay active.
The first among the list I have brought to share with you is drinking of plenty of liquids. This in particular calls for the best among other health tips. Do you know that drinking a glass of water π¦ first thing every morning is the best thing that can happen to us?
Keeping hydrated is a crucial ingredient in staying healthy. The water you take especially first thing in the mornings, help you reduce the chances of gastro, liver and kidney related diseasesπ¦ . Studies has also shown that drinking water π¦ during the early time of the day helps our immune system eliminate toxins and detoxify our body. Make water your first breakfast.
Another physical health tip is eating healthy. Food π₯ we all know is one most basic necessity among others, but healthy eating is what we owe ourselves. And not just that we must make sure to eat things that are right for our health , but also know the value of what we are eating at any time. Many may say eating healthy is expensive but its not because instead of going for a kilo of chicken π to make the soup or sauce palatable, I will rather buy my watermelon π and cucumber π₯ and stuck them up into my stomach. Haha π. Its always a choice we have to make if we must eat healthy.
Alcohol πΊ most people will say is for relaxations but we should understand that everything that we consume in excess certainly will affect our health in one way or the other. Excess alcohol is one thing that we must avoid if we want to stay healthy. And we should always know the right proportion that is right for our body and the ones that our system adapts. This in other words means that we should know if its beer πΊ, wine π·, or bitters that are good to our system and this must be minimal.
Finally, stress management is one big challenge many of us are facing, either from work, businesses, family and other personal reasons. How do you manage your stress because its a thing that is unavoidable. The social media has helped many of us during when we are under stress by watching Tik Tok , others go with Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. But sometimes some circumstances are beyond these means. I love β€οΈ to play music πΌ when my head is full or watch thriller movies π₯. We can even be in the shower πΏ for hours and donβt care just to relieve some stress and have some focus that will enable us think π straight. We can also reach out to a friend or two for a chat as engagements helps out a lot.

Stress management is indeed a really big challenge. Most times people don't always get enough time to really ease their stress what they do mostly is watching Instagram or TikTok videos just like you've said and personally the only way I ease myself of stress is by sleeping
Practically the best. Sleeping goes a long way to ease off stress.
