When it comes to technology in this recent time of 21st century called the jet age, I don’t think it can be compared to the days of our fathers despite how we see some challenges many are going through with this life changing invention. I believe so much in how technology has changed and made many things that usually seem impossible to become possible.

Slick is the language I used in this post caption because that is how I feel and see what we can all do with the help of technology. With the invention of technology, the world 🌍 is moving so fast and with the pace many of us see as the only opportunity to achieve and succeed in the things we set goals on.

The prompt question is clear and understandable: Has Technology made life easier or complicated? For me I believe that technology has made life so easier because as long as change is concerned, anything that has an advantage equally will have disadvantage. But what we need to concentrate on is which is more. Is the good side of technology better than the bad side? This is the most important point here.

Technology is an invention that should not be compared to none. Technology has given most of us the opportunity to study 📚 online. The opportunity to work online. The opportunity to make so much connections all around the world 🌎 with just one single touch through our smartphones or laptops💻. Am so amazed with what we can do now all around the world 🌎

Before the invention of technology, we all go to the banks to cue on the line to collect or pay money at the counter, This usually is one hectic of a process because you can spend the whole day in bank just trying to take your own money 💰 that you saved. But today, right from inside my apartment I can practically make every payment online and have goods delivered to my door 🚪. Its so surprising but that’s the reality of where we are today thanks to technology.

The CCTV Cameras are doing wonderful jobs in many countries where we have high crime rates, because thats the first lead to spot suspects before the police device the next steps to take in trapping down criminals. And I have watched many moves where police successfully tracks down criminals with the help of CCTV.

One new experience I have come to learn lately is how my daughter @chel-koby is so Tech savvy that she was able to book a Flex Bus service and made payment for an uncle who is to catch a flight ✈️ to Paris. He will land in Paris and take a Flex Bus 🚌 or Metro 🚇 service which should be booked pre-hand. My daughter did that right from Nigeria 🇳🇬 here, and was able to monitor her uncle when he landed in Paris and while inside the bus through the tracking map 🗺 as to not miss the right bus stop for another line of metro 🚇 he will board. You can practically pre- book your bus hours before you are ready to leave the house. All these are crazy 😜 but it’s happening due to what invention of technology is doing for the world 🌍

Or should we be talking about how credit cards 💳 are being upgraded and improved? The lattes machines at the overseas supermarkets are not using inserted system of payments again. All you need do is just putting your card close to the glass calculating machine once your items are recorded. The machine automatically removes the amount of the goods purchased. Things are becoming so easy making life less stressful.

When an aunt wanted to travel to the UK 🇬🇧, she made sure to properly weigh her boxes and bags with gas ⛽️ cylinder weighing machine since the Airline has given the amount of kgs that are accepted at the check-in point. She did this to avoid carrying excess luggage 🧳 that will cause her stress at the airport. And since everything was in order, we never faced any embarrassment. And I can tell you that many people were in a mess, dragging off excess luggages off there boxes and leaving them behind at the Airport, especially if you don’t have any relation to take them back.

However, how is technology complicated? Many who can not make use of the better side of invention of technology are using it wrongly. The scammers are out there trying to scam people by hacking accounts. Once your credit or debit card gets misplaced, your account will be emptied. The teenagers and youths who doesn’t want to utilize this technology era, are messing around by watching what they are not supposed to be watching. Then many see technology as a thing that will make them become lazy since they can search every thing and get the answers, but to me its not that. For many who know the value if technology, it has helped them to develop fast thinking 💭 and doing extra ordinary things. Just like many of us who are on Hive today, I can say that technology has helped us improve in all that we do here.
