Truly things are changing so drastically in my region Nigeria 🇳🇬. You can never get a place to 3 months because the house owners want bulky rent
Formerly, rent use to be made in advance for 2 years but lately, some are collecting one (1) year in advance. Its indeed a toll on do many people.

That's tough indeed, and I bet there are other expenses there aside from the rent which make the overall cost more expensive.
Exactly. Its like a circle ⭕️. Those without good jobs just live from hand to mouth just to pay rent. Sad economy.
There should be a regulation to keep the price low, but those in power just don't want to do anything about it.
Its so serious dear friend. The government are not helping matters. They are all selfish, focusing only on how to get their own.
