It really sounds funny 😆 where the government provided boat 🚤 to help people cross over.
But they will never do the right thing buy making a better drainages and water-way that can easily ease off the the flood.

They did not make any provision for drainage; instead, they provided a boat, even without a palliative, to solve some problems.
Its so ridiculous how the government works. Penny wise pound foolish.
