Pineapple 🍍 is a tropical fruit everyone loves to eat because its so succulent and has a very sweet taste especially if we are lucky to buy a fresh one. And as I went grocery over the weekend I came across this good looking one that got my attention so I decided right and then that I need to make a drink out of this beauty to share with you guys and to also enjoy its freshness.

Pineapple🍍contains bromelain that helps us with digestion, combat inflammation and treats osteoarthritis. It also exhibits an anticancer properties which is why we should always include this tropical fruit in our grocery shopping.

In making this pineapple juice 🍍🍹 I choose to combine it with Ice Tea, Vanilla extract , little ginger and spring water. These combination will boost the taste of this juice giving it an entirely sour and sweet taste which is good for many of us who does not like too much of sugary taste.

Let's Make this delicious,healthy, and refreshing Pineapple🍍, Ice tea mix recipe 🍹.

INGREDIENTS :

1/2 of a large pineapple
half glass of an Ice Tea
2 caps of vanilla extract
1/4 of a glass of ginger extract
3/4 glass of spring water
Sugar (was removed due to sweetness of the pineapple )

Steps For Preparation:

• To Make this pineapple juice we start by cutting the pineapple into 3 sizes to take the right amount we need. Then we go ahead to peel the quantity we choose and slice it into pieces for blending. We peel and grate the ginger readily.

• Next we go ahead to blend the pineapple, adding water to enable easy blending .

• And since we are making a pineapple juice and not smoothies, we go ahead to sieve the blended pineapple for its juice extract using a teaspoon to fasten juice exit. The residual we can consume if we want to.

• We can decide to re-sieve the Pineapple like I did here for a more quality pineapple juice extract. And afterwards we sieve the ginger for its extract.

• To combine our Pineapple, Ice Tea mix, we measure half glass of Ice Tea, add 2 caps of Vanilla extract in it.

• And here we add the Pineapple first into the blender, secondly we add the Ginger extract, finally we add the Ice Tea.
  Woah ! What a color we got here？

It's really fascinating how some colors affect other colors easily, giving and making them more beautiful. And right here we got the really Pineapple color of golden yellow🍍💛.

Finally we serve this fresh delicious and healthy refreshing pineapple 🍍, ice tea mix 🍹💛. A juice with its freshness so nourishing.
