Being versatile in life or as human being means a lot to me because it leads to the ability of being able to adapt to change. And knowing that change is the only thing constant in the journey of life, anything can happen in the process of our everyday situations , especially when it comes to the unforeseen circumstances.

The ability to pick up ourselves from where we stopped because of changes we encountered and move on quickly into another is because we did not hash or count all our eggs 🥚 in one basket 🧺, as our elders will always advise that one should always expect the unexpected.

But if we woke up one day and behold the Internet in no longer there, shut down completely? Oh my! This is not going to be a question of missing lots of things as humans who has experienced what living a good, easy and simple life through the Internet means, its going to be a big shock to many. And in fact, the ever big shock many will experience.

Life Will Be Meaningless:

Although, many of us will quickly go back to our physical skills to start looking for how to stabilize ourselves and earn for a continuous living, but I don’t think 💭 the world 🌍 will ever be the same again. Life certainly will be meaningless, boring, because living life and earning money 💰 is not what will keep people happy 😃 from what they will miss through the Internet. The connection to the world 🌎, friends online, the Instagram where we show our fashion outfit, the TikTok that many are addicted to. And how about Facebook ? Oh my! All the chats and virtual connections without any other contacts.

The Internet really made things so easy for many of us but we should also know that nothing last for ever. And before the era of Internet, people were also busy with their lives and lifestyle. The 8:00 - 5:00, and many others in one skill or the other which is why we should be versatile as humans to help make life easier.

As a Realtor who is into property work, one that deals with search for renting apartment to clients, search for lease of properties, empty lands and sales, I have also extended this job into some physical skills that I learned while working as a Realtor and this skill is still connected to properties and buildings. This skill is known as “Pest Control, Cleaning And Interior Decor”.

This skill is very practical and involves energy, but because of my love 😍 for property work, I decided to attach it to my Realtor job. The Pest Control deals with how to eradicate rodents that are not wanted in situated properties locations, especially that of rats that can cause disease 🦠 when they infest what people eat. This Pest Control also involves Anti Snake 🐍, Mosquitoes 🦟 and Roach 🪳.

The Cleaning 🧽 of properties involves mostly newly completed properties that needs to be thoroughly cleaned which usually involves some chemicals to remove sticked concrete from the tiles, window glasses and bathrooms 🚽. And to do this jobs, I will always work with the boys I hire but needs to supervise this jobs. Although its a job that takes time to come around because of how building a house can last sometimes up to one year or even two depending on the financial status of the builder or owner.

The Interior Decor also deals with handling properties and apartments. This area of jobs involves the curtains in the house, the kitchen furnishings and designs a client might love ❤️. Sometimes it might involve wallpapers, upholsteries and carpeting. All these falls under just helping clients to know what colors and designs that bring out a beauty in a home decor.

These skills falls under buildings and one that is supposed to be very promising, but it only might come at intervals because of how the economy has affected so many people businesses. Many who might want to call for this services will first check their scale of preferences which will lead to opportunity cost 💲. They will first check what their financial status is and know if the will require any of this services.

Its not just having a skill as a person but how well will you earn from the skill. Am happy to have this skills by the side while also working as a Realtor and believing the economy of my country to pick up faster because its really affecting businesses and hindering many other things.

The internet has really helped many of us to earn online especially that of web3 which hive is a part of, and no body will want to woke one day to a totally 💯 shut down Internet. Its really going to be a disaster especially now that the world 🌍 is going through serious recession.
