CREATIVE-SUNDAY: Spicy Nutritious Beans Dip Soup πΆπ π§ π².

Am excited to be with you guys today again, another creative Sunday initiative with awesome spirit as we look forward to lots of creative ideas.
And before I proceed with my recipe for this Creative Sunday guys, I will want to wish everyone a healthy, productive and successful month of April. And we should always have it in mind that its not how far, but how well. With life everything is possible.
And guys for my Creative Sunday Initiative of today, I prepared a Spicy Beans Dip Soup π². This is s very delicious and nutritious soup made out from beans, one we can use as a dip for bread π, potatoes π₯, yam π and even fried or boiled plantains.
This s a recipe we can even prepare as a warm soup π² on a rainy βοΈcold day to keep ourselves warm while enjoying every nutritious boost from it . Its one of a kind especially for those who donβt like beans generally.
Come with me friends as I teach and show you all the ingredients, the step by step of obtaining this healthy nutritious beauty.
INGREDIENTS:
150 g of brown boiled beans
3 ball cherry tomatoes
1 long red chilies πΆ
.1 medium onions
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
1 teaspoon of curry powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil equivalent
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
To prepare this recipe , I will first clean the beans, wash and soak it for 10 minutes to soften a bit, before I put on the cooker to start boiling it.
As in here above with enough water π¦.
Step 2.
I will cover the pot for quick heating to enable fast boil .
And once it boils for few minutes, I will drain off the first water to reduce excess acid that usually cost indigestion.
Then add fresh water π¦ and some salt, cover and cook until its tender and soft.
Step 3.
Once the beans is cooked, we leave it to cool down properly for blending.
Step 4.
I will wash and chop the tomatoes π , onions π§ and chili πΆ
Step 5.
Next I will go ahead to take the beans and the veggies into the blender, adding some water for easy blending.
Step 6.
And I will blend the ingredients together slowly and smoothly.
As in here looking so smoothly textured.
Step 7.
To stir fry the blended, I will heat up some vegetable oil, pour the purΓ©e blend into it
Step 8.
I will allow to start frying , then will stir it to incorporate.
Step 9.
Will then add the salt , ginger, turmeric, curry powder and the black pepper
Step 10.
Then leave to fry to thicken as in above here and set it down.
And our healthy nutritious beans dip soup π² is ready with that spicy πΆ flavor that attracts and appetizing. You need to taste this yummy π€€ and see for yourself of how good it taste. We can serve this beauty with any meal π₯ of our choice. Here I have served it with some bread π for your delight. Enjoy π guys.

Very delicious sis and can be enjoyed with many varieties.
Yes the blender has to be a strong one, but if you also cook the beans to be very tender and soft, then you can blend it gradually adding little water π¦.
