CREATIVE-SUNDAY: Delicious Overripe Bananas Chocolate Cookies 🍪🍌🍫🌹.
Happy beautiful Creative Sunday Initiative guys! Sending warm greetings and love ❤️ to you all as we are still in the spirit of Valentine’s Week and month 🌹. Love is the greatest of all emotions 🖤. And with love we can do great things together as couples, siblings, friends, co-workers and even as partners. Love Rules The World 🌎.
What do you do on a Sunday when you are expecting your girls from school briefly for a Valentine’s Sunday lunch get-together since the Valentine’s Day fall into a work day , so many did not have the opportunity of celebrating 🥳 with loved 🥰 ones.
And for this occasion I prepared a lovely banana, chocolate cookies 🍪🍌🍫 that I bring to share and teach you guys. This recipe looks so crunchy and delicious. My girls loves it when cookies are served before lunch as dessert 🍮. This very recipe needs overripe bananas and bar of chocolate to really taste delicious since I will just be adding little brown and premium sugar to the mixture.
Aside of cookies being served before lunch, its a lovely dessert 🍮 to always have at home especially during the weekends when children are usually off school 🏫.
Come with me to show you the list of ingredients and steps we need to achieve the preparation of this cookies 🍪
INGREDIENTS:
4 medium size overripe banana 🍌
150 g of Quaker Oats Flakes
100 g of all purpose flour
3 teaspoon of granulated sugar
2 teaspoon of brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
50 g of margarine
1 peanut chocolate bar
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon of raisin fruit
STEPS FOR PREPARATION:
Step 1.
The first to do is peel the bananas, put them in bowl 🥣 and mash them gently into a pudding.
Step 2.
Next is to add the oat flakes and the flour into a larger bowl. Mix both to combine properly.
Step 3.
Here I added the salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda. I will stir them all into the flour evenly.
Step 4.
Added the vanilla extract, the brown and white sugar and inculcated it for a proper mix.
Step 5.
The margarine I will add, using the tips of my fingers to incorporate it.
Step 6.
Introduced the chocolate bar, which I opened and cut into pieces
Step 7.
To mix into batter, I added the chocolate , the raisins, inculcated them. Then added the mashed banana and mixed all into a dough.
Step 8.
Once the batter is obtained, I will cut it into pieces, mold and flattened the mold in a circle ⭕️ shape .
Step 9.
Will glaze the baking pan and place the cookies 🍪 one by one to take it into the preheated oven to bake at 200 Celsius for 25 minutes to enable the cookies crisp up for crunchy texture.
And we have the cookies ready to be served once it cools down. Looking so chocolate 🍫 and crunchy, with aroma of flavors . An irresistible bite you dear to miss.
