The problem with leadership is that it generally affects its environment and the people there in, whereby good leadership improves and motivates and bad leadership becomes the opposite. Takes for instance in a home where a father and mother who tends to be the ones that will lay good foundations for the children acts irresponsible, nonchalant and irrational, fighting in the compound or around the environment. How do we expects any child from this environment to be coordinated and achieve life properly because many people will hate you as a child 👦. There will never be a magic to this unless otherwise.

This is definitely the same circumstances for a nation that has bad leaders and leadership because the old saying that charity begins at home means a good root will bear plants 🌱 that are good while bad roots brings forth weeds. So there is no short cuts to a good life for citizens who are unfortunate to come from nations whose leaders do not take the citizens as priority.

Should citizens of a country be made to suffer for the decisions of their leaders?

My answer to the above question is definitely capital “NO”, because as citizens of a country, people come together during election to elect and chose those they feel and trust to make and take right decisions that will favour the country and bring progress. its also very obvious and definite that citizens see the leaders as genuine people due to all they have promised during campaign . So when the leaders of a nation or country who has been elected are doing the right things, taking the right tracks, making decisions that are genuine, these definitely are what citizens expect of their leaders as those are things that will bring tremendous progress in a nation. And because good will efforts in life definitely yields positivity and progress.

And vice verse is the case with a notion whose leader’s motives are stealing, corruption, selfishness, nonchalant.’, inconsideration, etc. This is a very big issue with the developing nations of the world 🌍 where leaders forget that they were once ordinary human beings like citizens before they got into power. The power that was given to you through the voting 🗳 of the people called the citizens. Its very unfortunate that those the citizens has chosen to represent them are the ones who has turned to traumatize the citizens due to how their wrong decision making keep causing the country huge sacrifices which mostly fails on the shoulders of the ordinary citizens

How can the citizens be the ones to suffer when the leaders has made wrong decisions of being in war with another country ? The Citizens were never contacted when the leaders were making those decisions until it during suffered becomes a physical action that will lead to suffering. For me the leaders should be held accountable to this kinds of actions. But the big problem here is that the leaders who makes the ugly decisions belongs to a country, and a country or nation is seen as the people. Truly, this is a sad situation because we have seen many citizens of nations suffer during war. And not just suffering, but many lost their lives.

And again, this is why nations should tty to always be in peace with other nations knowing that citizens are never involved in the decisions making level in any country. Otherwise, those who makes decisions of war should be the ones to be killed not innocent citizens . But is this ever going to be possible? Citizens are the ones on the street and the first target 🎯. War is never a thing to be considered in any situation because before they get to kill any leader , millions of citizens would have been killed.
