Happy day Hivers and friends. Hope you are all good today with wellness and enjoying every bit of your engagement. And its Friday starting off the weekend, when we need to take out time to rest and treat our loved πŸ₯° ones to some specials

And for our recipe of today, I brought you some quick to prepare snacks I made from Corn 🌽 flour, adding some other ingredients to it that gave the end result a lovely texture of flakiness.

This recipe is so quick and easy to prepare especially in the mornings for that cup of coffee β˜•οΈ or tea 🍡 for lovers of both. We can also choose to make it as a snack for after lunch little hunger time for the family before dinner πŸ₯˜ sets. The most loving part of this recipe is that it needs just few ingredients.

Lets see the ingredients and procedures we can follow to prepare this delicious flakes,

INGREDIENTS:

100 g of corn 🌽 flour
50 g of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
3 teaspoon of premium sugar
1 tablespoon of margarine
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1/2 teaspoon of thyme
1/4 sea salt

STEPS FOR PREPARATION:

Step 1.

To prepare this recipe I will start by measuring out the corn 🌽 flour from the container

Step 2.

I will then go ahead to mix by adding the measured corn flour in a bowl, add to it the all purpose flour, the sugar and salt. Then will stir all together to incorporate.

Step 3.

I will further add the vanilla extract, curry powder, thyme, and distribute them evenly.

Step 4

I will add the margarine which I will inculcate into with the tips of my finger to properly distribute.

Step 5.

To knead into a dough, I will add little water πŸ’¦ and gradually knead to form a dough.

To mold for frying, I will first cut the dough into four (4) equal parts, then into small sizes.. mold in ball size and flattened it using the tips of my fingers.

Step 7.

And gradually I will mold all the dough and flattened them into a round circle shape.

Step 8.

I will set the frying pan 🍳 with vegetable oil to heat up, then throw the molds into the hot oil to fry.

Step 9.

Once it fries and turns golden brown, I will flip it to fry the second side. Drain and remove.

And will leave to cool and dry before I serve . The end result, so delicious with flavor and aroma. A quick tea time snacks you will love ❀️ to try. Its easy, straightforward and needs just few ingredients you can get from your pantry.
