A Healthy Vegetable Garnished Meal Of Noodles ππ₯.
Greetings dear hivers and friends of Gems π. Wishing you all a healthier, fulfilling and successful 2024. And as we say goodby to 2023 and make resolutions for 2024, we must include and incorporate a healthy eating to our lifestyles.
So today I want to share and teach you of how to prepare a quick meal of garnished vegetable π₯ noodles π. This recipe is one you will love π especially when making it for children π¦.
Here I show you the ingredients and steps:
INGREDIENTS
1 fresh carrot chopped
1/2 of a green pepper π«
1 packet of noodles
1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce
1 raw egg (optional)
STEPS TO PREPARATION:
Step 1.
First I will wash, chop the carrots π₯ and the green pepper π«.
Step 2.
I will pre cook the noodles for just a minute since its going to be stir - fried
Step 3.
Once pre cooked, I will sieve out the water with a basket.
Step 4.
To stir - fry the noodles, I will go on to first fry the carrots and the green pepper.
Step 5.
Then once its tender, I will add the noodles into it. And will gentle stir all together to incorporate them .
Step 6.
While its heating and frying, I will add the little soy sauce to it and stir thoroughly evenly
Step 7.
And in another few seconds, I will serve the rich vegetable π₯ garnished noodles π.
I have also fried some egg to add to it which is optional. You can choose your choice of protein while making this healthy meal π₯.
