Fauci never funded anything, he signed off on the funding for whichever power that be at various times assigned him the right to do so, but it was their behest not his.
After Obama supposedly restricted the funding, the money was given to Dzasak who worked alongside Eco Health Alliance. The money flow never stopped up to and including under Trump when it was found out that money was going to Wuhan via EHA. Trump said he would put a stop to that immediately but that also never happened and he went on to give EHA ten times more than any other president, one hundred and ten million dollars to be exact. There was never any gain of function research labs in Ukraine, that's just a distraction. Richard Lugar, during the Obama administration, paid for the destruction and dismantling of not only old health department labs, an agreement reached with Russia as they also wanted to get rid of old ammunition stock piles across the country, Russia wanted the labs decommissioned because they could have still held records on Russian citizens. Now there was a level four biosecurity lab in Tbilisi, GA, guarded by the US military. It's still there to this day, whether or not thy worked on gain of function there I have no information to such but it is the level of lab that could have and still does have a right to do so, not saying it's right, just that's the level a lab has to be to handle that type of research by the government. Dzasak actually started out at University Chapel Hill in North Carolina, so go figure that one. But this all goes back to the Bush administration where GOF started on corona virus, and why he had Bolton take the US out of the international treaty for bioweaponry. Obama, basically, they brought him in to set up the health care system that would need to be in place as to not bankrupt the system once the pandemic was set off.

Not that I am still a fan of Martin's anymore, not that any of that doesn't hold any truth's, but that's the point, none of it was ever meant to be hidden from us.
