¡Hola querida comunidad!! Feliz y bendecido año nuevo para todos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, con buena salud, aunque son momentos tensos, buscar la calma es nuestro mejor aliado, por eso me emocionaba muchísimo compartirles lo que iba a ser mi primer senderismo del año, por el Trapiche con vistas panorámicas hermosas de la Isla, pero el grupo que iba junto a nosotros cancelo a última hora, y cuando digo a última hora, me refiero a literalmente 10 minutos antes jajaja, por supuesto eso nos decepcionó un poco porque ya estábamos allí esperando por los demás, pero, eso no quiere decir que no se vuelva a programar, claro que haré esta ruta!! Pues está disponible de día, al atardecer y cuando hay luna llena.

Aprovechando que estaba cayendo el atardecer disfrutamos del clima fresco, unas deliciosas empanadas que debo decir WAWW de las mejores que he comido, grandes, con bastante relleno a 2,5$ cada una, así que es justo lo que vale, esta ruta tendría como premio al regresar una fogata con chocolate caliente, malvavisco y golfeados, el chocolate caliente nos lo tomamos junto a las empanadas, y vaya que estaba delicioso también, luego de comer nos fuimos a disfrutar de los animales, como es una granja de contacto puedes conocer y acariciar a todos aquí, pero el que me dejo enamorada fue Roccoto, un cabrito bebe, de apenas 1 mes de nacido, al cual tuve el placer de dar tetero a la hora de su comida, es muy juguetón, cariñoso y amistoso, casi me lo llevo conmigo!!!.

Disfrutamos de un atardecer hermoso y luego a prender la fogata!!, costo por la fuerte brisa que estaba haciendo, pero lo logramos, nos sentamos al rededor para calentarnos y conversar sobre lo que estaba ocurriendo, es inevitable no compartir pensamientos y hablar de algo tan importante como es la libertad de Venezuela. La pasamos genial, realmente necesitaba volver a mi entorno feliz, rodeada de naturaleza, un hermoso atardecer, y personas cálidas que llenan el alma, gracias por leerme!! Hello dear community! Happy and blessed New Year to all! I hope you are all doing well and in good health. Although these are tense times, seeking calm is our best ally. That's why I was so excited to share with you what was going to be my first hike of the year, through El Trapiche with beautiful panoramic views of the island. But the group that was going with us canceled at the last minute, and when I say last minute, I mean literally 10 minutes before, haha. Of course, that disappointed us a little because we were already there waiting for the others, but that doesn't mean it won't be rescheduled. Of course, I will do this route! It's available during the day, at sunset, and when there's a full moon.

Taking advantage of the approaching sunset, we enjoyed the cool air and some delicious empanadas—I must say, WOW, some of the best I've ever had! They were large, generously filled, and only $2.50 each, so they were perfectly priced. The reward for this hike was a bonfire with hot chocolate, marshmallows, and golfeados (a type of sweet bread). We enjoyed the hot chocolate with the empanadas, and it was absolutely delicious. After lunch, we went to visit the animals. Since it's a petting zoo, you can meet and pet them all, but the one who stole my heart was Roccoto, a baby goat just one month old. I had the pleasure of bottle-feeding him at feeding time. He's so playful, affectionate, and friendly—I almost took him home with me!

We enjoyed a beautiful sunset and then lit the bonfire! It was difficult because of the strong breeze, but we managed. We sat around it to warm up and talk about what was happening. It's impossible not to share thoughts and talk about something as important as the freedom of Venezuela. We had a wonderful time. I really needed to return to my happy surroundings, surrounded by nature, a beautiful sunset, and warm people who fill my soul. Thank you for reading!
